Very badly. Had to take JJ Alpha Design, Jeff Bjorkman and his brother to binding arbitration. I was awarded almost $9000 in damages caused by them. Jeff agreed to a payment plan, a year ago, for 12 months at zero % interest. He made 5 payments and stopped. Home Advisors removed them from their site, I see now he is here.
