 + -1 moreIan is an engaging young man who seems to really know and enjoy computers. Whether one is a computer whiz or neophyte -- and we represent both categories -- this is the man to consult. He works efficiently with confidence and and competence -- and he educates the owner while doing this. I am the computer novice and I felt much more comfortable with the inner working of a computer after his discussions. You feel that Ian is your consultant and on your side, not the representative of some computer company or dealer. But, as in all repairs, the more you can tell him about the problem, the more he can help. Ian has an hourly rate for his services which seems very fair. This was a very satisfactory experience.
Description of Work: There was water damage to the computer. He analyzed the problem and made appropriate suggestions. As he did this he "Cleaned up " the programs on the computer.

Description of Work: Installed printer and DSL modem for my 80-yr-old mother. Set up and tested networking and checked phones to ensure filters were present on all jacks.
