+ -1 moreDon't use Bill and Mia Bunker of House Master, Home Inspectors. They're dirty and unethical. They give referrals in their inspection report based on their relationships with specific businesses, not because of the companies' reputations in their trade. It's evident that they're selfish for their own personal reasons. You are better off using a different house inspector who is trustworthy and honest. They're not worth the cost. Very expensive compared to others.

Description of Work: I highly recommend House Master for all home inspections. Our inspector Chaz was punctual, knowledgeable, professional, and very thorough. The pricing was reasonable and they were able to come out on short notice. I would definitely use their services again.

+ -1 moreHe was extremal thorough and really did a great job. Through House Master, they offer a limited warranty and if anything goes wrong in the home within 120 days of inspections, that they said was okay, they will fix it for free. They were reliable and personable and did a great.
