 + -1 moreLooking for a particular size of closet doors. They don't care that size...ok, ideas & will have to send someone out to evaluate. Ok as long as everyone shows up! nope... ]
Description of Work: Did not hire... felt staff didn't know enough about the product to answer my questions.

custom cabinets, countertops, appliance sales, cabinet refacing
 + 2 moreI requested an estimate on line. The web page advised me, I would get a phone call within 48 hours. One week later, I got an email saying that if I had not heard from them to call this #. I called, was scheduled to have an estimate, another week later. The night before they were to come for the estimate, I was called from an agency in Florida, that they would have to reschedule estimate for another 1+ week away. No explanation was available. This was a phone agency, not Home Depot, so I requested that a rep from Home Depot call me. I never heard from Home Depot. It is my impression that they do not want my business, that if they can't even be responsive, how could I expect them to show up to remodel my kitchen? I am extremely disappointed in Home Depot, have spent ALOT of money there since we moved here, and will give Lowe's and other local companies a try now.
Description of Work: I wanted an estimate for cabinet refacing, countertops and appliance replacement for my kitchen.
