Description of Work: The water bill at my mom's house reflected a water leak of 35,000 gallons in one month instead of the average 5,000 gallons/month. It turned out to be a toilet that had previously been repaired by my mom's contracted service company. The plumber checked out everything and did not find a leak without having to do a more expensive leak search. Also, to make sure there was no other leak, he had us check the water meter and not use any water for 2 hrs then check the meter again to see if there was any change and there was not.

Description of Work: I asked everyone in my sizable business network for recommendations for a good plumber for my home. Joe Hoff was recommended to me by a number of my business acquaintances. I called Joe; and he set a time and came THAT DAY; and took care of the problem (leaky toilet) very quickly. Then, I needed help with a different bathroom about a month later. Once again, Joe set a time THAT DAY and solved the problem (running toilet)--and, once again, very quickly. But also during that visit, he really helped me with a problem I was having with little black flying bugs that seemed to be invading my home. He took the time to look around and actually figured out the source --i.e., where they were gaining entry and why. The pesticide person whom I had visit the day before had not been as helpful about this issue. Joe used to do maintenance for the Boca Raton Resort; and it is easy to see that he knows a great deal about solving all kinds of maintenance problems. I feel that his pricing is also very fair. Just a great professional with whom to do business.
