Matt and his entire crew were polite, on time, friendly and CLEAN! From the first time we met with Matt, he was very down to earth and gave us suggestions for our large back doors. We are very happy with the finished work. Gretchen was always answering any questions we had, and keeping us in the loop. The guys came to install and left the places just as they found it and cleaned up after themselves. Definitely recommend Matt and his company Boca impact windows and doors. An A+for us.

From the time we first met Matt Hillstrom, we knew he was honest and going to be reliable. He showed us all window data without hesitation. He also explained to us all the different types of impact rated windows so we could choose what was best for our home. There was no bait and switch and when he received a better price from the manufacturer, he passed it on to us. We decided on a new vinyl type of PGT window that had white framing on the inside and bronze on the outside to meet the code of our HOA but still get the "look" we wanted. ( It looks FANTASTIC!) Once the windows arrived, his team was on site at 8am and worked throughout the day, every day, until the job was completed. It was obvious Matt's crew was very skilled in window installation work. Our older home was not easy for the team to retrofit but we had no issues at all. The building/code inspector for our town even said what a great job Hillstrom Construction did! When the work was completed, there were a few minor punch list items that Hillstrom needed to get from the manufacturer. As soon as they arrived, Matt Hillstrom was on site adding a couple of screens and caps. PGT product is the best we could find for our requirements and Hillstrom Construction was an outstanding company to install them. No problems. No issues. Great workmanship.Responsive customer service too. Very skilled and professional. I would recommend Hillstrom Construction to anyone looking to replace their windows with impact windows here in South Florida. They are the best contractors we have dealt with and many contractors could learn a lot by following their model of great workmanship, honesty and reliability. Let me add one word: OUTSTANDING!
