I was surprised that HH Greg did not stand behind the problem with Samsung. They stated that I had to contact Samsung. We thought they could of been more helpful. If I brought the washing machine from them they should of made it more easier. It would have been nice if they would have been more helpful in this situation.

We made a purchase from them.

I hired someone to install the 60" television, and he discovered that the television was cracked behind the screen and unusable. Since it took more than 30 days and I "signed for the television" upon delivery, I'm out of luck. They said that when I signed, I was certifying that the TV was in good condition. How can I have known it was in good condition still in the box? I was only signing for delivery. I told my friends to go anywhere else but H H Gregg.

They were delivered right away. We were extremely satisfied with not only the service we received, but we were also happy with the delivery and the appliances we purchased.

.I made a mistake of buying a dishwasher, stove, range hood for my microwave, and refrigerator. They were rude to me, but mostly it was the delivery men. The delivery of the items came in two different trucks. Truck one delivered my refrigerator and stove and took away my old ones. That went fine, but the the second truck delivered the dishwasher and range hood. The delivery people didn't seem to know how to remove the dishwasher from under the counter and ended up recking my counter. They pulled off the door of the old dishwasher so I couldn't use it. They removed the old range hood and installed it. They scratched up the top of my new stove while they were installing the new range hood. They wanted me to sign the papers and I wouldn't because of what they did. One of the delivery men started yelling at me to sign the paper. I put an arrow in the last line and put the word "not" in there. I talked to my service person who was absolutely no help. I went down there and they said they would refund the delivery charge for my dishwasher. but I still didn't have a dishwasher, they recked my cabinet, and scratched up my new stove. They said they were going to send out an adjuster. The adjuster came out and said there was no proof the delivery people were irresponsible. I will never buy anything from them again. If you want to buy something take it out of the store and have a friend or someone else install it for you.
