He is an independent service provider with personal service. He comes twice a year to control ants. I think in Florida they have to be licensed to go after different types of pests so he only has a few licenses and does not have them all. The treatment kills other buggys too, but I never see them so it must work.

Josh is fantastic! Rarely - if ever - do I come across a professional so committed to customer satisfaction. We moved here almost 2 years ago and I was very concerned about pest control in Florida. Josh is knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He provided options and made sure I understood what to expect. In two years I think I might have seen 1 dead bug in my house! He is always on time and flexible if I need to reschedule. I don't ever have to think about pest control - just calls a few days before the next appt. - very reliable. He was even responsive when I had a question about whether or not we had mouse droppings in the garage in between treatments. I believe it was on a Saturday and he got right back to me - looked at the photo and determined they were just lizard droppings. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Josh is the consummate professional. He arrived on time and took the time to understand what our pest control issues were. He explained what he would do, was very patient with my questions, and answered them thoroughly. Before Josh, we had ants everywhere and our efforts to eliminate them had been unsuccessful. Within two days of Josh's visit, we had no ants at all. Josh then followed up 30 days later to find out if we were having any problems (we weren't). He will be back in 6 months for the next treatment but has encouraged me to call if there are any issues. Josh stands behind his work, and I would highly recommend him.

I have been using this company for 3 years now. I called initially due to an ant problem I had. Josh showed up on time, is very knowledgeable and professional. He did a thorough job and the price is right. He comes twice a year to maintain the property. I did have another ant problem recently before my annual renew time and he came right out and took care of everything at no extra charge. I would highly recommend this company and Josh.

Josh was the most knowledgeable Pest control guy we ever met. He don't want you saying control. He believes they should be eliminated not just controlled and so far he has been 100 percent right. Have been in florida 25 years and we never had such good results. Twice a year treatment. (He had to come back once after first treatment but he said he would have to and he did no charge no questions no complaints. Calls to check up on how things are going and is always prompt, thorough, and professional. Would recommend to anyone. Very happy with results.Very impressed with Josh.

I called this company 4 years ago when there was an ant problem inside my home. Problem was taken care of during first visit. No bug issues since we started using this company. I recommended company to a friend with ant issues and after the first visit this friend asked me if he took the ants home in a pocket because she hasn't had a problem since using Guaranteed Pest Solutions. Each time Josh leaves the house he tells me, "IF there is a problem don't hesitate to call and I will come back." There have not been any call back issues. (This is not the experience I had with other Pest Control Companies) Great service for an affordable price.
