The owner, Ali Ghanem, arrived on time -- actually a little early - with carpet samples and to measure and give us a quote for the job. He was extremely professional, thorough and efficient with his time while not wasting ours. Once we put in the order, the install was scheduled about a week later. Loved the very fast turnaround; we didn't have to wait weeks. On the install day, Ali and his installation partner, Diego, arrived on time and quickly went to work. They were very professional, experienced, clean, fastidious, efficient and polite. It was a big job, but they finished in less than a day (about 6 hours). When they were done, there was no sign of our old carpeting, no mess or debris and our house looks and smells brand new!!! I highly recommend Giant Carpet Inc. for your carpeting needs. I would definitely hire again.

He did a wonderful job. The new carpet looks wonderful. He actually arrived a little early and I was really happy about that.

Ali the owner of Giant Carpet came to give me an estimate last week and was very encouraging that he could take care of it all. His price was fair to reasonable, he was pleasant and seemed sincere so we made an appointment for to came back three days later to do the job. Ali brought a helper and it was done in an hour and 1/2 and the floor looks great every lump and bump is gone. Ali even went into two bedrooms off the main area and fixed those two. He fixed the carpet on the steps. The carpet hasn't looked this good from the day it was first laid. The best part is that now I finally feel I have someone to call any time I need help with carpet repairs.

Ali was incredible to work with and he had a lot of knowledge about carpet repair. We have a pet that ruined several spots of carpeting in our home. Ali was able to use extra carpet from our original installation to cut out the problem areas and repair them seamlessly. Thanks to his expertise and attention to detail, there is no evidence of any pet problems or the patches of new carpet.

I called Ali on Thursday 5/12 to say I had a buckle in my family room carpet. He said the price was $135. He said he could come on Friday 5/13 but would call me that day at 10 a.m. to tell me exactly when he would be arriving. At 10 a.m. he called and advised he would arrived between 12 and 2 p.m. He arrived shortly after noon. He fixed my buckle and was gone within an hour, after vacuuming all the fuzz and scraps. Polite. Courteous. Friendly. Prompt.

Ali came by approximately 1 month earlier to take measurements, show samples and provide quotation. This was done prior to us taking possession of the newly built home. He arrived on time. Took his measurements. Showed us samples and provided quotation. As an Angie's List member he offered us the upgraded underlay. After a couple of days we confirmed with him the color we wanted to order and a tentative installation date. Ali's E-MAIL responses were prompt, courteous and concise. We needed to change the installation schedule several days later and Ali had no problem with this. On the scheduled date of installation, he arrived on time and ready to work. Ali and his staff (two additional workers) were attentive, polite and friendly. They worked efficiently. Prior to starting installation, they vacuumed the bare cement floors in the rooms to be carpeted. Installation went very smoothly. They clean-up up all their installation debris very carefully. The installed carpets look great!

I was impressed from the start with Ali Ghanem from Giant Carpet. I found him here on Angies List and decided to email even though it was a Saturday. I figured someone would get back to me the following week. Oh no, Ali is too much on the ball for that. He called me before the hour was up and offered to come by the next day on Sunday morning to give me an estimate. He arrived a few minutes early. By now I am beginning to see why he has all A's for grades. He was prompt, professional, and quick. He looked at the job and gave me the estimate. He smartly showed up with samples as I told him what I wanted. It was so painless I couldn't believe it. I gave him a B on price as the estimate was a little high, but I was willing to pay it for the convenience. Here's the best part. He could fit me in late Tuesday afternoon. He called Tuesday to confirm the time Joseph would arrive. Joseph just left here a couple hours ago and my carpet looks beautiful. He did a great job. He was able to cut around my closet inserts so I only had to empty 3 ft. from the floor. The whole thing was so easy I keep going in there to make sure I didn't dream it. If you want no nonsense Ali is the guy to call. I would use him again and will recommend him to family and friends.

Ali was on time coming out to my home. He rest reached the carpet in the office and the loft. Ali also took the time to look over all the carpeting to make sure I didn't have any problems elsewhere. He also stretched the carpet out in front of the bathroom from the hallway. He was neat and professional. I would contact him again for service if needed.

Ali was great. A true professional. He did a fantastic job at the price quoted (no hidden charges) We definitely recommend him and will use his services again. He answered his phone on a Sunday and was very accommodating with the appointment time and answered all the questions that we had. A+

Ali was so great from start to finish. We was straightforward and direct and very communicative. Ali told me exactly when he'd show up via text (my preferred communication method because contractors often are too busy to stop to make a phone call) and if that changed he let me know that as well. He never left me wondering like so many contractors do. So incredibly professional. He and Joe came and measured and he showed me a sample of high quality carpet that he had in stock, I hated to be picky because he was giving an amazing deal but I hated the color as it clashed with the brightly painted room. He grabbed his sample board and we were able to explain the color family we were looking for. Ali explained that the price would change if he had to order something which is perfectly understandable and we willing to pay more to avoid having to paint the room. He offered to comb through his warehouse for something more to our liking. We already liked him so much that we assured him we would pick something. Again he told me exactly when he would text me with pictures of anything he found and did exactly that. He ended up finding our dream carpet: light beige cream, subtle leaf texture, really high end quality; like carpet we'd never be able to afford normally probably $8sqft type softness. Again I'm sure we benefited by having such a small room. I said yes to that carpet immediately and he said he could install it the following afternoon and that he'd text me a bit later with a specific time frame. He did exactly that and even communicated how long the job would take, without me asking, so I could plan accordingly. They showed up on time and got to work right away, they knocked it out in like 20 minutes. It's stunning and best of all done and done no dyi work on my part. I have never, never had such a positive experience with a contractor... I wish I had more work to give him! Ali went above and beyond. Look no further!

I was told by Two Brothers Affordable, as they cleaned a sofa and part of my carpet, that I should get the wrinkles out of the carpet before they clean it. They highly recommended Ali. I called Ali and he came over that same day. He called to confirm our appointment, arrived on time. As soon as he saw what needed to be done, he and his cousin went to work. They were pleasant, quick and hard working. I am extremely pleased with Ali and with the work he did.
