+ -1 moreThe only reason I am not giving him an F is because he did answer the phone right when I called and came out the next day. He came looked at what I needed done and never sent us a quote. He didn’t respond when I asked if he has one for us. He went radio silent after looking at the work we needed done. I am not sure if the job wasn’t big enough for him but a response would have been nice either way. Wasn’t very friendly either and didn’t show much professionalism when he came to look.
Description of Work: We needed some painting and wood work done.

+ -1 moreTerrific! Mr. Mike Gengec responded to my request on Saturday, and scheduled a service call for the following Monday morning. When he arrived he assessed the items that needed attention and proceeded to follow up immediately. He handled everything with care, taped the vanes together, placed the parts in plastic bags; hung a mirror (in a wall stud), etc. It was a pleasant experience. I definitely would recommend Mike G Handyman as someone that you can rely on.

I had someone else repair and it only needed a small screw. #3 he said he could not get the molding needed to repair. Someone else found the needed molding. #4 At this point I told him not to complete since he was charging $90/hour.
