+ -1 moreAdvice to the wise: Stay away from this furniture repairer. If you do use them, take well-lit photos of the furniture to be repaired., close up and frem every angle, including areas not directly related to the repair. The owner of this franchise store will not take responsibility for a botched repair and keeps insisting areas that should not have been touched were improperly finished before his employee "repaired" the piece. I would have preferred to deal with the gashes they were asked to repair rather than the way the furniture looks now.
Description of Work: Price is not applicable because bill will be sent to third party maid service that hired Furniture Medic to repair damage to my furniture. Date of service is approximate because I do not have the invoice before me now (but can get it if necessary). Furniture Medic was supposed to fix two gashes to the base of a bureau, the largest of which was about 1.5 inches long and 1 inch wide. They should have patched the gashes and touched up the small area of paint to blend the patch area with the existing paint.
