 + -1 moreJude Endres, the CEO of the company did the inspection himself and prepared the report. When it turned out that we did not need wind mitigation report. He promptly refunded the portion of the money. He was very professional, easy to talk to to and alleviated a lot of the anxiety for an out of towner buying a place. He also was fair, helpful and pleasant and you truly feel that he is looking out for you.
Description of Work: He did an inspection for the house we were purchasing and then offered to do the final walk through since we live out of town. he was a pleasure to work with. Very responsive, helpful and going out of his way.
