Description of Work: "Garage Door Tune up" includes roller replacement. Nothing to "tune up". Didn't need new rollers but they were replaced anyway since it was promised under pre pay. Better off not doing the "Big Deal" and just waiting until something needs fixed.

Description of Work: Steve answered my email, requested I call to make sure I was asking for the correct services, then he came the next day. I could not have asked for better service. He realigned my garage door by first adjusting the springs. He then changed the damaged gears in the opener, then oiled the wheels and ensured the door opened and closed as quietly as possible. Finally he made sure it opened and closed at the necessary heights and at my request looked at my remotes. He was professional, informative and I would most definitely use him again!

We called Florida Garage Door Saturday morning and within a couple of hours a man came and replaced the spring that was broken. We had mentioned that the spring was probably broken on the phone so he brought one with him making the repair a quick one.

Description of Work: I purchased the $99 garage door tune up deal. My garage door is original to the house and about 20 years old. It definitely needed some tuning up. The technician tested it, lubricated the parts that needed lubricating (the springs) and adjusted others. He also made some recommendations that I could do myself. My door is operating much better now.
