+ 1 moreOur old water heater blew while we were away and the water made its way into the laundry room, one of the kids bedrooms, the entire garage, etc. The floors, baseboards, just sitting in standing water for hours, it was a disaster! We got home very late on a Saturday night, and called Flash Restoration. An actual live person answered the call, and within minutes we had someone who knew what they were talking about telling us exactly what the procedure was and how and when it was going to get fixed. Within a couple of hours, we had a crew show up at the door, all with ID's and dressed in Flash uniforms, (no one in overalls or a dirty t-shirt), all very professional and courteous. They were not pushy and explained everything they were going to do and just did their jobs. Within minutes, they were sucking the water out, had blowers set up and had flooring samples to us within a couple of days. Bottom line is, that when you are in an emergency situation when a company can totally take advantage, we felt taken care of. Well done!

+ 0 moreWe called Flash at 10AM and they were on the spot by 11:30. We agreed on a fair price and they went back out to their truck and came back with the equipment. They extracted the water, dried out my wood floors and cabinets, removed the carpet as and brought the place back to the way it looked before the problem (except for the fact that I have to replace a carpet).
Description of Work: We came to our vacation condo to find a leak had destroyed our kitchen floor, cabinetry and carpet in the room adjacent. The mildew stink was awful, too. A terrible mess.

Description of Work: They removed all the asbestos in my home and restored it to new condition. They disposed of the conraminated material.

+ -1 moreWOW!!! This company is the greatest!!! My family came home to find inches of water EVERYWHERE. What a mess. And...we couldn't figure out where it was coming from and we couldn't remember where the emergency shut off valves were. (that the real estate broker told me something about when I bought the house 15 years ago.) Needless to say my wife was NOT HAPPY!!! I called FLASH and they showed up in 15 minutes. Very professional. Beautiful new Mercedes sprinter. Donald found the leak, behind the dishwasher. Turned off the water main and then his team went to work. Nothing was missed. I can't explain how happy I am. They saved me. I never could have cleaned up that mess as quickly and completely. Most importantly...my wife was extremely happy. I went from in the dog house to genius in no time. I hope I never need to use this service ever again. But if I do...I'm calling FLASH!!!
