Mike did a great job, and the price was really fair considering the amount of work that needed to be done. The building is pre-fab construction, so he really had to use some ingenuity to figure out how to install the new box. The city in which I live is famous for having a really tough building code department, but somehow Mike managed to pull a permit within just a couple of days. It was a rush job, because I needed to replace the panel in order to get insurance, but Mike managed to do it with time to spare. I've had Mike do several jobs for me, and they've all turned out really well. He's always been very professional, prompt, reliable and very quick. My house is pre-fab, so the jobs have all been fairly difficult, but Mike always had a solution. Highly recommended. I

I called Michael Singh, the electrical contractor, and explained the job that I needed done. I needed to have a line run to the utility room of my sister's house ( built in 1956 and never upgraded) for the installation of a dryer. Unlike the other contractors that I called off of Angie's list, he was very polite, listened, and agreed to take a look at the job. He was working on another job at the time and told me he would call me back when that job was finished. He did call me back ( which I have learned not to expect living in Fl.) and met with him. He told me what would have to be done, how long it would take and how much it would cost. Michael went above and beyond expectations when he agreed to meet me and my sister, and a notary at the nursing rehab to get my sister's signature on the application for a permit. He is the one who picked up the application and submitted it, he paid all of the fees which were later included in the final cost. He also went above and beyond by installing the vent to the outside for the dryer.
