Description of Work: I am a tile loader.. i load tons of tiles from eagles onto the houses.. please consider us tile loaders as its a dying profession because nobody wants to do our job no more.. please help us by making our job easier by tying up the tiles. when they come completely loose we struggle just to get em off the pallets takes more time and risk injuries to our workers.. we need those capistrano tied in 5s like before and plain to be tied in 4s like before... untied cause us alot of pain.. like i said we are in the last generation of delivering tiles. Be smart consider us so we wont get hurt and struggle as its the toughest job in the usa. Another thing loose tiles tend to break more

+ -1 moreBought a brand new home with my Builder who uses Eagle tile roofs in our development and many others. Both me and my Neighbor had the same color the only one offered by the builder when we closed BelAire Dark Grey Range. 1 year later my roof and my neighbors look completely different. my roof is discolored and does not match the samples to replace the broken tiles. I have tried to contact every person on the Eagle Website with no call backs. I have informed my builder that I would like a detailed site inspection with Eagle to find out why my roof is faded in less than a year. All my Neighbors, friends that have seen the roof agree it does not look like any other in the neighborhood. Eagle please do what is right come look at the tile your company is selling to builders that is defective. Not sure why no one has the time to visit or call this is your product.
Description of Work: New house roof tile has faded not sure if it is a defective item my house was built during covid.

+ -1 moreThe tile that we had picked out for the roof had something wrong in the first batch. We had to wait a few weeks for a new set to come out before they did the installation. I've had the roof cleaned once since 2007 and I've noticed a green discoloration on the gray tile. They claim that it was a result of the cleaning, which I doubt. They would not do anything for me, they wouldn't even replace the discolored tiles even though I had extras. They do not stand by their products.
