I just started using them. So far, they have been great and there have been no problems. The technician was very nice, professional, helpful, and thorough. He even checked with me to make sure I didn't need anything else done. When I called them wanting an extra service done, he called me and was out within the next day.
Description of Work: We extended our termite warranty with them. They also completed pest control services.

They used the wrong concentration of pestacide and it killed EVERYTHING. They deny any responsibility even though they were the only company treating my property. They have made zero effort to make this right. No repair of damage, no monetary compensation, no apology. They even insinuated that I poisoned my OWN property! They made a lame attempt to apply fertilizer after things started to die but it didnt help. PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE DILIGENT PEST CONTROL. It makes me so angry that companies that do these types of things just deny reponsibility knowing it costs to much to sue them and you will just roll over and take it. I hope this review costs them more business than just repairing my yard would have cost.

(Member name removed), During our last phone conversation I advised you that we would not be assuming responsibility for your property. We did a liquid only treatment in November. We used no fertilization on your property. The treatment was an imidacloprid used to treat pesticide. There are no notes of any tech or employee at Diligent stating we responsible for any sort of damage. In fact, the only notes we have on your account were notes stating how you were thoroughly unhappy with your current provider and requested an inspection to see if we could "better/save" your current conditions before we treated. We did one treatment on 11/1/12. We do not know what transpired prior, during or after. I cannot prove you or a 3rd party misused chemicals or possibly a weed killer, all I can prove is we did not based on your account.
