On Tuesday, July 27, 2010, I attempted to order a Dell laptop online that i found in the Sunday newspaper. On my first attempt I entered the E-Code from the Dell ad and proceeded to purchase the laptop. After I submitted the purchase I received an email stating that I purchased the laptop at orginal price ($215.00 more). I then went online to the Dell website and cancelled the order. For which I emailed a confirmation. I waited about a hour and tried to order the laptop once again, but the same thing happened again. But this time Dell did not provide an order number which is required to cancel the order. I then called Dell to cancel the 2nd order spoke to a Hong Liao, he assisted me in placing the order with the correct price. He told me that he couldn't cancel the 2nd order because for some reason the system did not issue an Order Number, but that the system should send me email in an hour or two and that I could cancel the 2nd order. Well the only email I received was one the next morning that stated that the wrong 2nd order was shipped and that I couldn't cancel it and I would have to wait the have delivered and then setup a return, though both orders were charged to my credit card. On July 30, 2010, the delivery date for both laptops, I tracked the two orders online from Fedex. The order with the wrong price was on a truck out for delivery and the order with the correct price was still showing in transit between Orlando and Miami. Come to find out after calling Fedex, I was told that laptop was damaged between Orlando and Miami and was being returned to Dell. Upon calling Dell I was told that it would take at least 3 weeks for them to provide me with a new laptop. I called again on the morning of July 31, 2010 and was able to get a "Price Match" on the laptop delivered and the difference credited to my Credit Card. I was told by Dell that I would also receive a credit on the damaged laptop also, but that remains to be seen. I was told that the credits would take 10 to 15 days to appear on my credit card. I will have to wait and see.

THIS COMPANY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB OF REPAIRING THE COMPUTER. I HAD TO WAIT A LONG TIME FOR THEM TO SHOW UP BUT I THINK IT WAS BECAUSE OF THE HURRICANE. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY REPLACED A PART IN MY COMPUTER. I DON'T KNOW WHICH ONE.

I DO NOT LIKE DELL AT ALL. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT BEST IS TERRIBLE. THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO REPAIR TWO OF MY COMPUTERS AND I HAD TO END UP REPLACING ONE OF THEM BECAUSE OF DELL.
Description of Work: REPAIRED COMPUTER BY TAKING OUT SEVERAL VIRUSES THAT MADE IT NOT WORK.
