Description of Work: One of our laptops stopped working. Jim responded in a timely fashion and picked up the laptop. The following day he contacted me and reported that the laptop was infected. Jim remedied the problem, cleaned up the computer, loaded new programs, and took the steps to ensure this problem would not occur again. He also took the time to explain to the user of the computer how avoid the problem in the future.

+ -1 moreJim was professional and very helpful. He came to the house and took the computer for analysis. Once he discovered it was shot he gave me options regarding reparing the old computer and did not presssure me in any way. He researched the best computer for my needs and gave me his opinion on what would be best. He set up the new laptop and got me back in service quickly. He was prompt, responsive and reliable.
Description of Work: Jim took my computer for analysis and discovered it was shot. I then purchased a new laptop and Jim set it up.
