DID NOT GET WORK PERFORMED. THE 99.00 THAT WAS ALREADY PAID, I WOULD HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL 240.00 TO HAVE TWO PENDANT LIGHTS SWAPPED OUT FOR EXISTING CAN LIGHTS. THIS WAS A BAIT AND SWITCH DEAL AND WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I HAD EVEN CALLED AND SPOKE TO A SERVICEPERSON ON THE PHONE TO VERIFY THE WORK I WAS HAVING DONE BEFORE I BOUGHT THE DEAL AND WAS ADVISED IT WOULD ABSOLUTELY COVER THIS WORK. IT WAS A SIMPLE JOB, EASIER THAN INSTALLING A CEILING FAN AND THEY WANTED NEARLY 350.00. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

He came up here and looked at what i needed, One of the things was an electrical outlet, He quoted 4 hours to do 5 jobs. It took them 5 hours to do the one outlet.

They do specials through Angie's List. I needed an electrician fast. They were willing to come out and do the job. They're pretty reasonable, friendly, they do the work efficiently, and they're clean. As far as I'm concerned I'll use them again. They were wonderful. I called them and they were out within two hours. They did it in between two other jobs. They did exactly what I asked.

The technician himself is lovely, very nice guy. The company itself was crazy. I had called the company and ask them what a hundred dollars of service would include over the $39.00. Once they got here it was a hundred and eighty one dollars for diagnostics, that's just to look at the issue, so I finally said to the guy just do what the $39.00 will get me, because if you don't send your $39.00, they charge you fifty some dollars for the service call if you don't do any work. Either you do something that's $39.00 which is hardly anything like changing one switch, or you have to pay a hundred and eighty one per diagnostics, or fifty some dollars for the service call. So that's a ripoff totally. Basically I just needed three light switches change. I had called, I thought it about a month and a half before, and I was only scheduled to come down that week, I called to confirm that they were going to come out, the morning of at 9:00 they called me to tell me that they had another emergency and they weren't going to come out, and he didn't have any idea when he was going to be able to come out. If it weren't for me calling and really insisting that somebody come out they would not have even honored their confirmation. But as I've said, the technician himself was a very nice guy, he understood completely what I was saying, he wasn't agitated, he was happy to do it.

He not only changed the outlet but he also changed the cover, He didn't need to, but he did. He went above and beyond for my service. He was efficient, quick, he knew what he was doing. I like him a lot. He handled it efficiently.

UNDEPENDABLE !! I had a long standing appointment, bought lights etc. They did not show or call. When I called I got a non-responsive answering machine

They did a great job. They were very clean and professional and left the room as they found it.

We had some electrical issues that they gave an estimate on. An second guy gave another estimate as well. We did not use them for this service. Price was about average. Not the most expensive, not the cheapest. Good electricians are hard to find, you have to shop around for the best price.

Fantastic! The two technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I was extremely pleased with their work.

They are a great company. The are the first electric company that shows up when they say. They follow up and call. They are really good at sales. They are a little expensive, but worth it.

It went excellent; it was really good. They are terrific. They are a little pricey, but the work -- they are here on time so I think it balances out. The owner, Lou, called me right back if there was a problem when one of the workers were here. I think it is the only company I will be using. They are honest. I left them alone in the house and everything was in place when I came back. They were very neat. They had to go through the ceiling to do over the island lighting so that was a big job. Lou became like a friend to me and I had never met him before. It just worked out perfect.

They are professional and show up on time when you call them.

Steven from Boca Electrical was professional and courteous. He completed the work in just under an hour and we could not be more pleased. He is defensively an asset to the company and we would definitely hire again.

An honest, professional company! Diana, the office manager, takes time to schedule an appointment based on YOUR schedule, YOUR availability, and YOUR needs. She provides prompt attention, listens carefully, and follows-up to make certain all went well. When Jay, the electrician, first appeared at my door I had serious doubts -- he looks like he's 18. After one minute, however, ALL doubts were erased as I could tell how professional and knowledgeable he was. His knowledge of codes is extensive, his concern with customer safety is apparent, and he works with you in a cost efficient way to take care of the plans (or in my case the project.) When it comes to electrical work my priority is trust because a poor job can lead to tragedy. Jay has my complete trust and appreciation for his input and his exceptional workmanship!

It took a little longer that I thought but the guys where very professional and they did a great job.

The work was fine and the price was fine. The problem was that he came out to do the first part of the work reasonably immediately, and then there was a two week gap for him coming back to finish the work. Their explanation was, "Oh we have a big job we're working on." Well, you started my job. Why don't you finish it and then go to your big job? The work was great. The technician was fine. He was excellent. It was just that there was a large gap between the starting date and the completion date. I'm not really on board with that. I had him do some other work while he was there. I had him put in some receptacles outside, by the pool area. I had more recessed lighting put in than I originally bought. I bought four on the special and then I got four more. The whole thing was like about $1000. They were right there price-wise with everybody else because I actually have another house that I'm working on also, about 4 miles away from this one and I ended up calling one of Angie's Lists' other vendors for that one, and the price I think, was identical.

After couple attempts at an appointment we finally agreed on March 25th, i received an email stating it would be in the morning. I responded that the time was fine i.e. the sooner the better. [i would be home all day]. I have never heard back from them and hope they receive better customer service than they give. This is not the first time that an electrician or other tradesmen who advertise on Angie's List operate in this manner. I would like my refund.

Contact was great, ordered on Tuesday and install on Thursday at the arranged time. Install was perfect, no issues at all. They even said I could supervise if I wanted!

They provided 1 hour of electrical services. They replaced a switch and a track lighting. It worked out great.
