Description of Work: Added light kit to an existing fan, changed out small kitchen fixture, changed out two larger fixtures, dining room and kitchen. There was a lot of confusion over the offer. The bill was really high, I had to call the owner and explain my concerns. He did adjust the bill after about a week of back and forth calls and emails. While I appreciate that the owner made it right in the end, I felt that the deal offered through Angies list was a gimmick by the vendor. I did feel that the electrician was knowledgeable and did good work.

Description of Work: Wasn't able to do most of the services I had requested and I had informed him in advanced what I wanted. I ended up paying a lot extra for the services. There was no breakdown of prices so I really didn't know how much service I would get with this amount. A little confusing.

Description of Work: I had a water heater timer replaced. Job was done well but took less than one hour and I supplied the new timer. The bill was $258. I don't know the going rate but seemed a bit high. I had a coupon for $100 that I paid $38 for so total cost for less than 1hr labor was $196

Dear Customer I appreciate your feedback and I am sorry you feel this way. However we do not move forward with work until we get approval and if I am not mistaken you gave us the ok to move forward. Remember we do not move forward with work until the customer gives approval. However we didn't just install a time clock. First he came out and reprogrammed one of your clocks and then replaced digital in wall timer switch by front door, relocated wires back to original switch box due to code violation.
