Very professional, great follow up, very timely and good work done. We needed a whole new roof done. They were very close to their estimated costs and worked within our budget. They cleaned up every day after the end of their work day and showed up on time. Had daily updates on their progress and follow ups. We liked how patient they were with our specific needs and questions. After interviewing 5 different roofers, they impressed us the most and were the most reliable and professional. They were slightly more expensive, but not by much and it was worth it to get such a great service and now beautiful roof. I have already referred them to a few friends and coworkers!

The appointment was for 12. The estimator called at 4, to set up an appointment. When told of our disappointment, his response was: "good luck finding a quality contractor." If they are the best there is, I guess there are no quality contractors.

They were professional but we sold the house before we had to put the new roof on.

They were awesome. They provided the financing and everything. They offered the best material. They are very good price plus their customer service kept calling to follow-up. They were on time. They finished it on time. They provided all the warranties and everything. They were always available every time I would call for a question. It was just great. They were very good. I would refer them.

Everything went fine. I didn't have any trouble with. They were real nice. I had no complaints.

They gave us the best price and so I went with them. Part of the roof has a 30 year old guaranteed, and their workmanship has a 5 year guaranteed. One of the things that I was told was that people will come and then not do the job. They tore the roof down, and put the roof back up in 2 days. They were fast and I saw the materials that they said they would be using, but it hasn't rained yet, so we can't say yet. They did what they said they were going to do, and in a timely manner. He was cheaper than everybody that gave us a price.

Provided a quick and extremely reasonable quote. The price was almost too good to be true. That was the good news. Bad news: charged for extras that were to have been covered under the contract. Also had a flat roof attached to my house coated with a mastic and was told that it constituted "a new roof system." It started leaking almost immediately. I withheld the last payment and asked that the flat roof be redone and was told by Blues Brothers that “technically” it was done to “manufacturer specifications.” When I refused to pay the last payment until roof was done right they threatened to begin lein proceedings. Still waiting to see what the outcome will be. Will update when resolved.

Mike met with me the very next day after speaking to him on the phone. He was very friendly and had all the information I needed. I appreciated their prompt response and the timely estimate they provided. The crew began the job after the permits were in place and it was a smooth sail. They completed the job within two weeks and passed all inspections. I felt comfortable with the job they did and was extremely satisfied with their attention to detail and my needs. My home was clean everyday when the crew left and that was a huge plus as I have small children. If I had to do it all over again, I would definitely choose Blues Brothers Construction.

They did a great job from start to finish! I had hurricane damage on my roof, which was very difficult for me too deal with the insurance company. Mike from Blues Brothers came out and was able to get the entire roof bought by the insurance company. They also put a very pretty roof on my house and all the employee's were extremely professional.
