Keith came to my house to give me a quote about 10 days ago. I ordered the verticals that day. He installed them himself this afternoon. Did a great job, was punctual, tidy, and very efficient.

Keith called ahead of time and booked the appointment. He quickly assessed the problem and replaced and rerouted the cords on the blinds. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I would definitely use his services again and recommend him. He only accepts cash or checks, no credit cards. Overall a very positive service experience.

Keith arrived promptly and was very quick and accurate taking measurements of all openings. He suggested several types of materials and we ended up on faux-wood blinds and a sliding-panel type covering for the slider. Since materials had two separate timeframes for delivery and it was a new home, Keith offered to install the items as they arrived rather than all together. There was about a 2 week gap between when the blinds came in and the slider, and that was not an issue for Keith at all. He arrived one day to put up the blinds and then again later for the slider at no additional charge. Everything looks great with two minor issues: 1) The slider panels are approx. 3/8 of an inch lower on one end vs. the other, but due to the length of the slider it is impossible to notice by eye. (I only noticed because I decided to measure it for some reason as I was installing something else in the room). It still looks great and it's not worth the hassle to attempt to correct. 2) I wish the sample sizes of the materials were larger. We ended up getting a panel that let a small amount of light in rather than complete room darkening panels. Turns out the panels let more light in than we thought and produces a horrible glare on the television during the day. Larger panels would have been easier to hold up to the window and see this before installation was completed. I don't hold Blind Excellence at fault here, I choose the panels after all, but if they had a few large samples of the different light %s, it might have made a difference. Overall they did a great job and I'd use them again if I need to redo the windows at some point.

Keith was very prompt and courteous and knowledgeable and provided a timely and thorough estimate of the charges for the work. We were under a time constraint to have the work finished and he was very accommodating in assuring is work could be completed as we requested. We would definitely use Blind Excellence (Keith Elbertson) again in the near future.

We recently purchased a home that did not have any window treatments. Our current home was in another part of Florida so timing was very important to us. I set up an appointment for an estimate with Keith and he was there right when expected. He was very helpful in choosing the blinds and making suggestions. The blinds were ready when he said and the installation was seamless. I felt very comfortable with Keith right from the beginning and will definitely call on him again in the future. As a matter of fact I did! A few months after we moved into the house, we had some water issues around the sliding glass doors and had to have extensive repair work done; consequently, the contractor removed the blinds in that area. After the work was complete, I wanted to make sure the blinds were reinstalled correctly so instead of having the contractor do it, I called Keith and he was quick to respond!

Keith was very efficient, knowledgeable and hard-working when inspecting and repairing my shades. He was a pleasant person and the price was right!

Keith is the owner and does all the work himself at your home. Two years ago I put in new windows and had to have all my shades cut and reinstalled (Hunter Douglas). He was fabulous! Anytime I have a repair I call Keith. I have recommended him to neighbors and friends. I hope he never retires!

I have 21 ½ foot ceilings. I called multiple people and no one would come. He came out and did a great job at a reasonable price.

Everything went very smoothly, great job on installation. Keith was very professional, neat and clean. I was very pleased with total experience.

Blind Excellence was easy to reach and schedule an appointment in a reasonable time frame. When the technician arrived, he replaced the broken pull cord on the window treatment in a matter of minutes. The cost seemed a bit high for the amount of time the replacement took, but I don't really have any basis of comparison. No complaints with the cord now almost 6 months later. I'd use these guys again.

Overall, I had great service from Blind Excellence. They are now my go-to company for window treatments and/or repairs.

The owner, Keith called to let us know he was on his way. Examined the window treatments and was able to solve the problem and fix immediately. He is an unusually honest man and repairs what can be repaired without any sales pressure to buy new blinds (he sells Hunter Douglas products).I highly recommend him for any window treatment repairs or even new window treatments because Hunter Douglas is a quality product that you can't find @ Home Depot or Lowe's. Blind Excellence is heaven sent for those of you needing window treatment repairs. Call him before going out to buy new, especially if you painted your room to match the Roman shade like I did!
