hurricane shutters
 + -1 moreHorrible company. Their part broke and they refused to fix it. THey came out several times to tinker with it, and literally left the shutters in the down position on our porch windows (only windows in our small apartment), letting no daylight come in for days. We finally reached someone from them (they don't answer the phone), who came out and took the shutters off completely. They refused to come out and fix them. Incompetent, miserable people to work with.
