Authorized Carpet Cleaning

This was the worst cleaning I had ever seen. He seemed to really rush through the job. Also, the price I was quoted was increased when he arrived at the house. He was not on time, either. Also, although he advertises that he will take care of any problems that you have with his work, he was not willing to do this for me. I would certainly never use his services again.

They cleaned 4 rooms and hallways and moved everything that I wanted to move. He did an excellent job with carpet cleaning. He also left a few pairs of shoe covers.

I moved into my current house in July. There were a couple visible spots on the carpet that I shampooed myself. When I looked at the water in my carpet cleaner's discharge tank, it looked like I had been outside trying to shampoo the sidewalk. I asked around for a carpet cleaner, and Authorized Carpet Cleaning was recommended. After shampooing a couple more sections of carpet and seeing the same result as before, I decided to make an appointment. The day before my appointment, I went through the house with a black light to see how many spots there were. Every room was literally covered with vomit/urine spots. Apparently, the prior owner had both a dog and a cat. Anyways, the day of my appointment, he showed up late. I told him how dirty the carpet was, and he pulled back a section of carpet to try to get at some spots that I knew about. He seemed pretty thorough about the carpet cleaning. I was a little disappointed that he didn't put the carpet back the way it was and that he didn't wipe up his water mess. After getting the carpet cleaned, my house now smells like a wet dog, and I don't have a dog. What really disappoints me, is that when I shampoo a section of carpet now, I still have the same result as before getting the carpet professionally cleaned; my carpet cleaner's discharge water is filthy, filthy, and it looks like it has gravel in it. I would expect a professional carpet cleaner to be able to get the carpet cleaner than a home machine can. I will say that he got up maybe 1/2 of the spots. Maybe I was expecting too much for such filthy carpet.
