They took my call immediately and scheduled on the first call. Arrived on time and finished the work as agreed upon, and within time estimate. He was very neat, informative and professional.

When the technician finished the job we could not believe it was the same shower. He did a fantastic job.

Old bathtub didn't look good anymore. Called company, they came and recoated it superbly.

The service provider arrived and said it would take about an hour to do the job. It took him approximately an hour and a half. I left the house while he was working on the tub. When I returned the house smelled very strongly of the fumes from the refinishing paint. It did not seem as though he used anything to ventilate the bathroom or house during the refinishing process. I did not examine the tub immediately because it was drying and the fumes were quite strong. When I examined it later I noticed that the paint had dried in drips on a large portion of the outside of the tub. It was very unattractive and noticeable. It also appeared that the technician did not cover anything in the bathroom because the toilet (which is next to the tub) was covered with a rough film of the paint. I called the company (they say they provide a warranty for five years) and was told that a technician could come and wet sand the tub to fix it. We did not schedule this appointment immediately, but waited a few months for personal reasons. After about five months of use, the tub had several small chips in the paint and the entire area around the drain began to peel off. It looks terrible. We called to have the company wet sand the outside of the tub and fix the flaking paint. On the day of the appointment the technician did not show up and did not call. I called to reschedule and for a second time on the day of the appointment the technician did not call and did not show up. I am sorry that we ever refinished our tub with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. We will now have to pay more money to another company to fix our ugly tub.

In my opinion, they do excellent work and are very pleasant people to do business with. I was about to sell this house, so rather than selling me a complete new bathroom, they said I should grout it because all the things in the bathrooms were ok. They were honest people.

The whole experience was good from scheduling to returning to finish. Mike was polite & explained the whole process. He cleaned up before he left.
