Art did a fantastic job. I couldn't have been more impressed with his work ethic, pricing, and end result.

I contacted Art to have a kitchen faucet replaced - I got his voice mail and left a message. He returned my call by the end of the day, and set up an appointment to come out the following Saturday to do the installation. Once here, I asked if he could also replace the water line to my fridge, which he was able to do. He was very pleasant, and he did great work at a very fair price. I highly recommend Art the Handyman!

Art in fact showed up 5 minutes early. I showed him the new unit and he said lets first take a look at whats going on. In minutes he found that the existing unit and and the connection had just loosened over time and that was the only problem. He took it it off, reinstalled it in no time. He did a great job and saved us money for not having to put the new unit in. He was fast and extremely knowledgeable, plus just a very nice person. He also checked a leaking toilet that we just changed the flapper on, but it was still leaking. He adjusted it for us and no more running toilet. I would highly recommend Art and definitely use him again.

Art was very kind and courteous on the phone. Came to see the job and gave an fair estimate. He did the work promptly in a very professional manner and was very helpful and responsive to my many questions. I would recommend him highly and plan to use him for all my household issues. He is on my speed dial!!

It went great -- he was there when he said he'd be, did a great job in the time he said it would take, and was a pleasure to be around. My only regret is that he can't take care of EVERYTHING in my house. On the other hand, he told me what needed to be done about other problems (including maintenance-type problems he noticed as he worked)-- and often who to call and what was a fair price. I really appreciated that.

The services provided went very well. He did have difficulty with two of the windows, but he made sure that they were in good working condition before he left.

Art is extremely punctual. He is an honest person and knows what he is doing. He took care of my punch list in no time and barely charged me for everything. Even on the first visit for an estimate, he fixed my toilet before leaving my house and didn't charge me

Art promptly returned my call, contacted the tenant, purchased items necessary to install a basic street mailbox. He then scheduled a day to install the mailbox with my tenant and contacted me to let me know when the job would be finished. His fee for service including all materials and labor were very reasonable. We were not available to inspect the job until a few months after the job was finished, but our tenants were impressed with him and upon inspection (by us) we were pleased to see a job well done. We've referred Art to our friends in Boca and will continue to use him for small jobs. He is knowledgable and friendly and has an excellent work ethic.

It has gone beautifully. Art is punctual, he picks up materials when they are needed, and he is honest. There isn't much he can't do, but if there is something, he'll tell you. For example, one of my ceiling fans requires an electrician, and he was honest with me, telling me he didn't feel comfortable doing this one particular job. When he works, he is focused, and he isn't happy with anything less than perfection. He hung a light fixture and he spackled and painted around the area so it would look finished. He takes pride in his work. He prices his jobs fairly. I'm very happy that I found him!! Art is true professional!

Bathroom shelving and handicap grip bars, new shower sprayer, electric slider switches, Art does it all. If he can't do it, he'll tell you upfront. Best of all, Art is UNDERPRICED! He always charges for less time than actual. I have used him for three years, and always pay him a little more.

Art arrived on time, took notes as to what I wanted done and then advised if he could or could not do it. Fortunately he could do every job. I'm sure there is not too much he cannot do. Art is friendly, but when he starts to work, he starts to work, no chit chat he wants to get the job done in the time he quoted you. If he has any problems he tells you up front so there is no surprises. I will definitely use him again and again. We trust Art and we are glad we found him. Thank you Angie's List. .

Art is a detail person. He makes sure everything perfect and he stands behind his work. He is totally professional and he goes straight to work and is totally concentrating on what he does. Awesome experience. He came the next morning to evaluate my kitchen and bathroom light problems and fixed them right then and there. He also stopped by my mother in-law's house and hung up new blinds on a last minute request. He is a pleasure to have a conversation with as well. I found my handyman. I will be giving his number out to my friends and family.

Excellent. Art calls back in a timely manner, is very punctual and professional and provides a very fair price. I believe that he can fix almost anything. He is now our go to guy for all of our home fixes.

Returned my call same day. Came out to estimate right away. Next day here right on time, and finished right on time. Charge was what we agreed. Even though I think his hourly rate is high he wasn't kidding when he said he doesn't mess around.....he charged right through the work so even though the hourly rate seems high others would probably have taken twice as long. Very conscientious, I'll call him again and I recommend him.
