I wasn't pleased with Arrow Pest Control services because they didn't come when they were supposed to come and when I asked for a call back they didn't even bother calling back. I had gotten another client for them and so I canceled both. I'm not happy with them at all and I have used it for years. I got a new tech and I wasn't happy with him.
Description of Work: I used Arrow Pest Control exterminating services.

They provide good service. They come on time and every month. When I call them with an issue, they come out.

They come on a monthly basis, rebait the rat traps and spray for bugs on the inside and outside of my home. They are very good about coming back if there are issues. My only complaint is that the turnover rate is very high and the consistancy between employees is very low, so whenever have a complaint, the next person who comes to my home doesn't know what's happened in the past.
Description of Work: I live on a lake and they take care of rodent, terminte, and insect pest control.
