Horrible Experience. The owner is extremely aggressive and disrespectful so we asked him to leave our property as he had no interest in completing the project. He was more interested in starting verbal altercations rather than completing the project at hand. Owner is super aggressive, especially when you simple point out that there was an entire door missed and large spots missed during the painting process. The exterior pressure washing was never completed. I would never recommend this company.

They were polite and professional. The price was reasonable. The job was done quick. We are very happy with the outcome.

1. My wallpaper was painted over, not removed. 2. My bedroom ceiling is wavy, not smooth. 3. The painting was dripping/sloppy, never finished. 4. My air conditioning vents were left on against my instructions. Now my place/vents are filled with joint compound dust. 5. My drains/sinks/toilets were used to dump joint compound/painting supplies/metal screws. Too many things to keep listing...have numerous photos to show damage. His other workers announced they completed painting, at approx. 8pm when it was dark. I paid in full, believing/trusting they were "finished". The next morning in the daylight I found an unfinished mess. ARC painters advertise themselves as a family operation. Except for the initial estimate, I never once saw Anthony Caucci or anyone from his family over the 6 days his other workers attempted to do the job I contracted for. He uses other people to paint/work on your home. I contacted Anthony Caucci as soon as I saw the unfinished paint job telling him I was unhappy, he cashed my check anyway. I am left with an unfinished painting mess in my residence.
