Angela's Bennington Carpet & Tile West

In doing our research for carpeting for our newly puchased home in Boca Raton, we came across Bennington Carpet as a respected and trutsted provvider. The owner of this business is Angela, who was very helpful in guidung us through the selection process in a friendly and professional way.For example, she accomodated our request to take home several samples over a weekend to compare. Angela was able to expedite the delivery and installation of our carpeting so as not to delay or disrupt other work being done in the house.. And we were exceptionally pleased with the quality of the installation. We cosidered Angela's pricing to be quite competitive, and would happily go back to her for other carpeting needs in the future.

The company was supposed to remove refrigerator and install behind it as well, I had just purchased a new refrigerator and so I knew it could be moved out of its place. The installers told me it couldn't be done, they pushed the refrigerator to side and through a piece of linoleum in that side. My refrigerator became unbalanced and I had to have my refrigerator balanced. I called Angela of Bennington Carpet & Tile and she believed the guys and said it couldn't be done. She said she would get back to me in a couple weeks. That was last Sept, and I have not heard a word plus I am stuck with the linoleum that was paid for and not put in place!
