Services we offer

We perform a visual inspection of all accessible areas from the roof to the foundation. We will walk the roof, crawl through the attic, check your major systems, a/c, plumbing electric, run your built-in appliances, check your doors, windows, screens, pool/spa, sprinklers, look for evidence of water penetration (don't test for mold at this time), termite inspection and a free wind mitigation/4 point (if necessary) on comprehensive home inspection.
