Would highly recommend, prompt, clean, friendly and my floors look great

VERY DISAPPOINTED with our experience with All-Pro. We contracted them to resurface our 2,300sqft bay space. We were shown a small swatch of what the floor would look like and agreed that would be ok for what we needed. They did a good job sanding and prepping the floors bit only used half the material that the supplier recommeneded. We called the supplier and they told us to use 20 gallons of sealer/varnish. All-Pro used 10 gallons leaving is with a very very thin layer... completely opposite of what we had agreed to. In fact, the coating was sprayed on with a pump sprayer then rolled... so they could get as many sqft as they could from the material they purchased. We made it very clear that we wanted a smooth surface and to fill in the cracks and craters in the floor. Instead we got a thin layer of sealant - which we could have done ourselves. Obviously we contacted them and told them we were unhappy, but it fell on deaf ears and they were unwilling to come back and fix it. We were told that if we bought the additional 10 gallons they would come back and roll it on which would have been an extra $600 . As if that wasn't enough, they quoted the job to take about 3 business days and ended stretching over a week before we could move in. Total disappointment and just adds salt in the wound everytime we go into the bay and look at the final result.

Owner was very disrespectful, dishonest, unprofessional. Rushed the job and did not finish the job properly. Did not show up on time, and brought other people to my home who were not working. Felt threatened by how the owner talked to customers . Owner used foul language toward customer, then asked for more money before the job was finished. The job was unfinished.

After completing the initial refinishing work, we experienced a problem with the floor itself. All-Pro helped us decide what to do next. We elected to remove the wood floor and install tile. The work was done quickly and cleanly. All-Pro made an extremely horrible situation more than acceptable

I had one damaged porcelain tile which they removed and replaced with an extra I had. You cannot tell that any work was done. They were neat and efficient.

Very professional , on time , price was very fair and discussed and explained before work started. Very happy with work completed on time and very trust worthy group of guys.....Thank You!

All Pro came and gave us an estimate for repairing, cleaning and color-sealing the tile and grout in our entire house. We hired them and could not be happier with the results. We will be hiring them again to do more work in our new home.

All-Pro is a family owned business. The family is lovely, easy to work with, showed up on time, cleaned up each evening and did Great work. I highly recommend them and will use them again

This was a small project (5-6 floor tiles, diamond pattern) but they did an absolutely perfect job. You cannot tell where the damaged tile was located. I will definitely contact this contractor again for future tile needs.
