Luis is MY HERO. So grateful to have such an adept expert so close to home. He's been here 3 or 4 times for routine plumbing jobs - he always has grand tips and tidbits that make my life easier long after he finishes. Ever heard of "10-Minute-Miracle"? Neither had I, but I cannot live without it (three teenagers and my girl has long hair ). Drain trap? Im sorry what? No problems since I heeded his recommendation. a few years ago, within minutes of shoving a ridiculously long snake in the shower, he swiftly plucked out her rat like blob of hair deep in the shower drain. It came out near the driveway and he let me take a picture of the drain abomination. :) Luis understands people -- he also knows his craft and science so well that I've learned some things about the way toilets work, what toilet valves do and how to pick the perfect potty for three busy teenage bowels. Last year, the brand he recommended and installed beautifully has not given any problems since his replacement. Luis is extremely smart and incredibly trustworthy. This is not usually the way people describe plumbers, so this one's a keeper!! Luis walks swiftly, speaks clearly, and he is always full of wisdom. He ALWAYS gets the job in a flash AND the prices are incredibly reasonable. ***My HERO****: recently, he made room in his schedule for my "suspected emergency" . Within an hour, for a service call price--totally worth the professional opinion-- it took him 5 minutes to reveal the answer I've been digging for all week long. (Ficus roots growing into concrete, leaky concrete, and smelly soil). He took one look at my water meter spinning like crazy. i'd never even thought to look at. GENIUS. He gave me the name of a Leak Detection Company (which I knew I needed but who do you call for THAT?) Luis has witnessed these leak guys work several times, highly recommended, which is exactly what I needed. Then, he was nice enough to explained the protocol and process of this special problem in a way I could understand (unlike the shady weirdo leak detection company sent me to with their weird contracts of $800 per hour that is unguaranteed by a rude, dismissive receptionist. receptionist company that my insurance referred me to).

The job was completed within two hours, great service. Lou was very professional, I would use them again.

Everything they did was excellent! They were prompt, they were very professional and did clean work! I was very impressed.

The job went extremely well and I feel that the owner Lou is someone that I can trust and that he backs everything that he does.

I found Luis through better business bureau BBB website because I have been "burned" by other plumbers in the past.. My water heater was leaking badly.I called him 1st thing this morning and by 1pm it was installed and everything was cleaned up. I told him I wanted a good unit and went with his recommendation. He took the old heater away and left my Garage cleaner then when he came. Very polite,prompt,clean and reasonable. I will use him again soon to replace a toilet and fix leaking faucets. I already recommened him to my next door neighbor who needs some plumbing work done.
