 + -1 moreI would strongly suggest AGAINST using All American Public Adjusters. Specifically Michelle P. In the midst of our vulnerability following significant damage to our home, this adjuster made false promises that everything would be taken care of without issue. The adjusters job was explained as someone who would follow up with contractors to get estimates and complete work as well as communicate with the insurance company to follow the progress of the claim. Phone calls and emails were unanswered for days and even when a call back was requested we would receive a short email instead. During a time of major stress we did not receive the service we expected. After 2 months and our claim being denied twice the only positive part of the outcome is that All American Public Adjusters will not see a dime of our money.
Description of Work: A Public Adjuster is supposed to coordinated with contractors and the Insurance company to file a claim for home damage. Our adjuster told us she was communicating daily with our contractors to ensure estimates were being completed on time and turned over to our insurance company. After speaking with our contractors we found out that was not the case. We asked her to cc us on emails with the contractors and that never happened. Instead of getting consistent updates on the claim process, we had to contact the adjuster constantly to ask that she call the insurance company. The services promised to us were not completed.
