Stephen Novak, owner of All American Pressure Cleaning, arrived on schedule and set about performing the cleaning and sealing of the areas we contracted for. Stephen is an extremely neat ,courteous and conscientious individual. His work is excellent. He moved all the furniture on the rear patio to insure that he was able to thoroughly clean the entire area.The sealed driveway looks great. We have had this work done by several different contractors in the past, and his work is far superior. We were so pleased, that we asked him to return on a regular basis to maintain these areas His prices are very reasonable

Steve and his team did a great job. He was extremely professional from first contact through completion of job. Called me minutes after I purchased the special through Angie's List to schedule the job. Showed up on time and let me know when work was completed as I was not at home at the time. Everything looked great, more than I expected for the price. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Came the day I called to estimate the job. Sent an email estimate the same day. Was straightforward, polite, and as good as his word. On the day he performed the work he showed up on time and did the job and related work in an effective and professional manner. Asked if he could do anything else for me and was done. I was very impressed with them. They were very clean and tidy. They picked up everything and moved it out of the way. They did a great job and really got the mildew off. The house looked brand new.

The back porch is made of cement so the bleaching made it look better. However, the front side walk is made of stamped concrete, and lost too much color when bleached. Now I don't know how to get the color back. Any suggestions?

We only just returned to Florida. After a Florida summer the lanai was filthy with mold and greenery growing in the expansion joints. Now it's perfect. Even the cross beams over top! Steve power washed our roof and house last year and that's still looking great.

Stephen pressure washed our roof, driveway, sidewalks, lanai, patios and even did some extra cleaning at no additional charge. All went smoothly from start to finish and I will hire him again.

He carefully removed all patio furniture,l pots, etc. and then returned all the things back to their orginal places. Patio looks great!
