Called this provider over a week ago for pressure washing services. They were supposed to come to the house for an estimate. They never called, never came by. Not dependable.

It went as expected. Steve arrived early for the job. I explained what I wanted to have done and he said he believed the area I wanted taken care of fell within the square footage that was part of the deal being offered. He was very through in doing the work required -- moving trash bins and so forth and then putting everything back in its place when he was finished. I don't think the pavers and the walkway have ever looked as good as they do now!

He was very good about prompt email communication and also showed up at the precise scheduled time. He works quickly and efficiently. He clearly has the right equipment for this job. I recommend his services.

Steve the owner did all the things you expect from a service provider for your home: Responded to messages and phone calls timely. Performed the services purchased, fair price, professional manner, and a quality job. Arrived early, cleaned up the area when he was finished. A true professional.

Stephen, the company owner arrived on time and was very polite and accommodating the day of the service and in prior phone conversations. He did a great job cleaning the patio. It looks amazing! He did the job quickly and efficiently and even managed to put all the furniture and patio items back in their original places. I was quite pleased with All American Pressure Cleaning and will not hesitate to call them again.

The provider communicated well approximately 3 days after the purchase on Angie's List. We set a date and he came out punctual and ready to work. I showed him the trouble areas and he stated he would get them no problem; my trouble areas consisted of many cob webs and spiders attached to the screens and structure. After about 45 minutes the technician, whose name escapes me, stated that he wasn't able to clear the cob webs and recommended I contact an exterminator. I went outside and spent 1.5 hours using a brush and a pool pole and was able to clear 99% of the cob webs - although I didn't want to do the work, which is why I paid to have it done. I cannot attest to the quality of this company's pressure cleaning, because in my specific circumstance there was no benefit. As some of you may know, spraying screens with cobwebs only mashes them against the screen, it doesn't clean them off. I feel as though i wasted $109 dollars and would not hire this company again for spider web / screen cleaning.

It took them awhile to get out. They did a good job. They were very prompt. They even moved stuff off the porch for me and that was really nice.

I purchased a deal through Angieslist and they responded quickly with a message. Communications were always great and easy. Sent pictures of the areas we needed cleaned as we were a little concerned as some of the areas looked like they had never been cleaned before and could barely see the concrete beneath the dirt and grime. We were assured it would not be a problem and we wouldn't recognize it when it was done. I would have been happy had it just looked 50% better. All I can say is WOW!!! He did a fantastic job and it looks amazing! We will definitely be calling when it is time for another cleaning but in the mean time we will be recommending to everyone! Thank you so much! :-)

Fast efficient Excellent

I purchased the work for $89.00. When he got he he measured the driveway and said it was going to be $20.00 more. I live in a 2br 1ba house with a single converted carport. I can't believe that I have more driveway than the average (750sf) house. I could have said no but I wanted it cleaned and he was there.

Stephen Novak, the owner, arrived promptly on time as scheduled. Pressure cleaned the pool deck and screen enclosure areas. He moved patio furniture as needed and put it back where it was. He was professional and very polite. I was very pleased with his work and asked that he do the driveway also. For additional cost of $75 my driveway was done. Everything looks great!! I will definitely call Stephen again in the future and I would reccommend him to my friends and neighbors.

Outstanding service. He showed up on time (early actually) and quickly got to work cleaning our back patio area. After he'd finished, we were asked to review his work for completeness etc. I'd highly recommend this service to anyone and will use this company again. You can't ask for more!!

Steve called about an hour prior to his appointed time and said he was running early which was fine with our schedule. He was polite, knowledgeable and pleasant. When he was finished he asked me to inspect the job and I noticed the patio was not done. I read that the job included the walks, drive, and patio but did not realize it was up to 750 sq. ft. He immediately did the patio at no extra charge which shows that he is an excellent businessman. I would highly recommend him.

He arrived at the appointed time and was courteous and generous with advice on how to care for my concrete. I thought he did a super job and I have already contracted to do the back in Aug.
