2 workers arrive; they were later then we had expected. They explained the process. They were efficient. For an additional fee, they cleaned our walkway. Satisfied with results. Word of caution, if you have plants around your house, protect them from the chemicals.

I was not home at the time, but my wife said the staff was courteous and performed the work on time and was pleased with the service. The roof was cleaned to my satisfaction and I was pleased with the overall experience. Thank you Angie's List for not only accepting an offer that had just expired, but to provide the service for less than the advertised price. I would definitely use this company again was very satisfied with having the capability of finding and utilizing a service based on the recommendations available on Angie's List.

He came cleaned and left all on time with no impact on me or my home. I didnt know when he would be there so I wasnt home. Screen was left very clean. I think if I was home when he came, I would have hired him for some additional work.

Provider cleaned the roof, and more importantly cleaned up all the mess that came down from the roof after he pressure cleaned. The driveway and drains were all cleaned out by the provider, so there was no mess left over.

The company didn't call or contact me. When I called them, they told, they they don't serve my area anymore?! They told also that is my problem to get the money back from Angie's List.

This was a $115 big deal purchase and it was fine. I would not expect to pay that much, but I could not give a fair answer. They could have been a bit more thorough in the cleaning process. They did a decent job, I guess. I would not say anything was outstanding. Only one guy came out and he cleaned up okay. I would tell a friend they are decent and that perhaps they should pay attention to the work they are doing.

I bought a deal on Angie's list. Over all, they were good. They called to let me know that they were running behind and would be late which I really appreciated. They were very nice and did a decent job. After they left, I noticed a few minor areas that were skipped/missed or could've used more attention. I should've pointed out those areas in fairness. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

Contacted two times through Angie's List. No responses, no phone calls back. Extremely unprofessional. Shouldn't even be on Angie's List. Send two requests to discuss a quote, they can't even find the time to respond. I guess I will go to the yellow pages and find a Real Company.

The guys were a bit early which worked out for me. They moved all of the furniture on the patio prior to cleaning and moved it all back when completed. Then moved on to the front where all services were performed. I would recommend them to any Angie's list member

Roof cleaned. Moved pation furniture and cleaned large patio. Paver driveway cleaned. House is so much cleaner!!

The service was prompt and well done. I used this same provider for my screened in pool area and knew I could count on him to do a great job again. He did!

We bought a coupon voucher through Angie's List. They were very nice and courteous and arrived promptly to do the cleaning, even though it was during a heavy rain storm. We asked if it would be better to re-schedule for when not raining but they said it would be fine to do then. Afterwards though, we did not notice anything looking much cleaner. The screen got a good rinsing but it is black so doesn't show much dirt anyway. The parts of our back wall where the screen is fixed to the wall was where we particularly wanted it to get cleaned to blast off the mildew and were disappointed. Also did not notice much improvement around the hurricane shutters of the back sliding doors. They were nice enough to work with and we appreciated them keeping the appointment during the storm but we would probably try someone else next time.

Steve was very prompt. Did exactly what he said he would do. Was a pleasure to do business with. Would highly recommend.

Called to set up an appointment, showed up on time and did an outstanding job. He was ver careful in moving the items on the patio,. I would very much like to recommend him and his service.

Steve was very quick to respond with a date to come over and clean gutters. Steve did a very good job. He cleaned out the gutters with a hose and then scrubbed the gutters with a brush to clean them. I was very happy with his service and would use him again.

Steve arrived on time and we had a list of items we were hoping he could tackle. The Big Deal was for 700sf of power washing. (We were prepared to pay him for the extra square footage, but he refused our offer). We showed him the wall area behind our grill where smoke and grease collects, a place on the deck where an outdoor rug made marks on the patio bricks and the pool coping. This was in addition to the 700sf of white patio bricks. Originally, the rug marks and "smoky" area behind the grill were tough. But Steve mentioned he was going to a convention and would be able to purchase a more concentrated cleaner to tackle those areas. Steve made a new appointment time with us for the following week (after the convention) and showed up with the new concentrate. He worked the entire area over again and was able to clean up the pool coping as well. Again, he came back on a no charge basis. We appreciated his efforts, the white patio bricks look like new and the coping shines again. We also appreciated his timeliness, follow up on the second appointment and his quality of work. If we could give him an A+ we would.

They did an excellent job and were right on time, something that we rate highly in addition to quality of the service provided. We will use them again.

after we scheduled this service, we got a flier for someone less expensive by 30%....we don't know if they would have done the same job or not. Be sure to know your roof square footage when you get the quotes. They did the work as advertised.

He performed an excellent jog. The concrete was cleaner than when performed by others. He also returned in a few days to clean the puddle area. I was surprised and impressed.

All American immediately set up date and time for service and followed up with a reminder. The gentleman arrived promptly and let me know that an extra $50 would be charged as my roof surface area is over 2000 sq. ft. He finished the job in 2.5 hours and let me know what to expect. No plants were killed in the process and the roof is shiny white again to the delight of my HOA.
