Aire Serv is the BEST! Very professional, very communicative, and extremely knowledgable. Not only that, their prices are extremely fair! I have to add to this review - …AIRE SERV deserves a 10 + star rating after their incredible patience with us while a banking problem delayed their final payment from us. WOW. John was so patient, so kind, in trusting that our family was operating in good faith while we unsnarled a banking issue. He demonstrated that not only is he a top-notch A/C professional, but has the kind of character and customer service skills that will surely assure his success professionally AND personally. Don’t even know where to start.. from start to finish, the service was absolutely exceptional. I was going back and forth on installing a mini split in my house and after numerous companies that came in and tried up selling the hell out of me, John came in and worked with me from start to finish. I can’t say enough about him and his crew. Thank you again and I look forward to not having to deal with the usual shady business practices that is all too common in our area.
