Description of Work: Install was fine, however when needed to follow up for an issue, the owner was exceptionally rude. When we had to replace our second unit, we went with someone else.

+ -1 moreThey are very responsive as far as when you call they come right away. The techs are all very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of things that are just automatically covered under their maintenance agreement. We will continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: We have had a maintenance agreement with them for about 5-8 years now. It s renewed on an annual basis. They come out during the winter and do a free maintenance check up to clean things up and see if any repairs are needed. The last service call they came and cleaned the pump that takes the moisture out of my house and they did it for free since it was a maintenance type task. We ve replaced our outside unit with them as well.

+ -1 moreTHEY DO A GREAT JOB. THEY COME SOON AFTER I CALL THEM. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR SIX YEARS NOW AND I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DO.
Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED MY AIR CONDITIONER AND SERVICE IT EVERY YEAR.

+ -1 moreI HAVE A THREE YEAR CONTRACT WITH THEM TO COME AND DO ALL OF THE MAINTENANCE WORK AND REPAIRS FOR MY AC. THEY ARE VERY PUNCTUAL. THEY ALWAYS CALL AND REMIND ME WHEN MY AIR CONDITIONER NEEDS ITS ANNUAL SERVICES.

+ -1 moreI HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR A WHILE TO SERVICE MY A/C EVERY YEAR. THEY SUGGESTED THAT I GET THE LIGHT INSTALLED AND I THOUGHT IT WAS A GREAT IDEA. THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY TO INSTALL THE LIGHT.
Description of Work: THEY DID AN ANNUAL CHECK UP AND INSTALLED AN ULTRA-VIOLET LIGHT TO KEEP THE MOLD DOWN.
