asbestos removal
+ -1 moreAfter I called to schedule an asbestos survey requested by the City of Hallandale permits dept., I spoke to Jesse, he asked me if it was for more than 160 sq. feet of new flooring to be removed. After confirming this with my contractor, he contacted the Building department and it tuned out we do not need it because the new flooring only involves 140 sq. feet. So, thank you Jesse for your honesty. I will not hesitate to call AERIS if I ever need it.

A full air analysis and moisture content analysis were done, the information was compiled into a remediation protocol. This company is very good at what they do and the protocol will serve to guide contractors to fix our issue. Very professional and courteous interactions were had with all contacts of this company. They were very thorough compared to similarly priced services and offered a more complete analysis than we could find elsewhere.

Description of Work: I hired Aeris to do some testing within an apartment I was renting because I was noticing a musty odor since I moved in. I hired a mold remediation company who is working on my home based on the scope produced by Aeris. From what I've learned, Aeris produces one of the most detailed reports these remediators have ever seen.
Description of Work: I was smelling a mold odor in my apartment in the bathroom. Aeris performed a mold test and found high amounts of mold spores in my bathroom and hallway closet. They responded the same day and were very professional. They gave me peace of mind with their knowledge and customer service. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends.
