They were reliable. The cost was fair. They are not going take advantage of the price. Their customer service, attitude, and job was a plus. I am very happy with them. They have been working for me for 10 years now and I plan to continue using them.

I called late at night and he said, they will send someone and they were here by 8:30 tha next morning. They took care and complete maintained and the air conditioning system work perfectly after their service. I also had them replaced one of the air conditioner I have while I was away in Tucson, AZ. They absolutely does a great job and I highly recommend them to anyone. They are a company that I really rely on for my air conditioning systems, they have a very good knowledge of the work.

I got a recommendation for them from a friend of mine. They came immediately within a couple of hours when I called and replaced the air-conditioner the next day. The whole job was done in a few hours the following day. They were timely. They responded. Their price was reasonably good considering the emergency nature of the operation. I think people should ask for the manuals for all the components of the air-conditioning system like the air hammer, the air-conditioner itself, the thermostatic control and anything else that might be involved. They didn't leave me the instruction manual for the thermostat which I had to go online and get. They omitted the manual, but they did a first class job on the replacement work. They responded quickly and dispatched all the major important items. That was an oversight on their part and I might as well take the responsibility of the fact that I didn't ask them for the manual. I didn't check them against anybody else. I had no opportunity to do so. I had to get the replacement instantaneously because there were people working here and we had to have the place air-conditioned. It was quite hot at the time in October. They came exactly when they said they would. I have no way of judging their professionalism because I had very little interaction with them. They came one day, looked it over, gave me a price and told me what they would do. I came back the next day and the job was practically finished when I got here. They added a feed line that I wanted in the exhaust water resource. I wanted a T put in the water resource. They did exactly what I asked them to do. In the 2 months that we have been working with it, it seems to be working well. I might have more to say about them as we go through the sealing period. I would certainly consider them seriously. I wouldn't say that I would use them exclusively.
