Description of Work: Our microwave was replaced under it's warranty, not including installation, from Brandsmart. My husband tried to do it himself and couldn't, so I started trying to find someone that could come soon to do the job. One of the places I contacted was Service Magic Referral Service for contractors and one of the three companies they referred me to was AAA Services. Not only were they able to come do the job later that day, but they also sounded knowledgeable and gave me a fair price over the phone...so I booked them to do the work. We thought the job would be a simple removal of the microwave and replacement of the same (but newer model). There was a good reason my husband was unable to remove the old microwave...when my kitchen was remodeled, it was grouted into the tile backsplash and cabinet trim! Ron and Crystal, by removing the cabinet trim and cutting through the grout were able to remove the old unit. Then, they noted that 1.5 inches of the tile backsplash would need to be removed to accommodate the new unit (specifications on the same model had changed over 4 years). They did a perfect, clean cut through the tile and a neat installation of the new unit and reattached the cabinet trim. They did such a good job, you would never know how much work they had to do to install this new microwave. Also, at no additional charge, they repaired a loose door on my freezer, that actually ended up being more work than just finding the right screw to fit the handle, since the interior housing had become jammed inside the handle.
