The company showed up 45 minutes late for the appointment without much of a warning. The entire house was already cleaned, but the purpose of this cleaning was sanitizing and a deep clean of appliances and windows. The oven, windows and refrigerator are all still showing dirt. I could have done a better job on my own. When they left they overcharged based on an extra 15 minutes before they had gotten here. Would not recommend - overcharged and not thorough.

They charged by the hour. They are excellent. The workers were excellent. They were pleasant and did a professional job. They required very little instruction. They seemed very well trained. I would recommend them. They call the day before to confirm the time they will be there.

The first time that I used this company, I was very satisfied - they were prompt, professional, quick, and did a good job. I scheduled a second cleaning and again, they were prompt, quick, did a good job but ....after they were finished, one of them went ahead and used the bathroom that they had just cleaned so I had to clean it again AND then she turned the lock and closed the door after she left leaving the bathroom locked. As I tried to figure out how to pick the lock to get it open, the other one decided to play with the lock on my bedroom to see how the lock worked (despite the fact that I repeatedly told her not to - she would not listen to me, maybe she didn't understand English and I do not speak Portuguese). The second woman turned the lock on the bedroom, left the room and closed the door behind her locking the bedroom. Seriously?? How dumb can a person be? The owner of the company was nowhere to be found and it took the contact person over an hour to even call a locksmith. Thank god for my building's handyman. I will NEVER use them again. I see that there recent reviews have been lower, I now understand why.

My regular housekeeper was booked so I hired this company. The did a decent job but not as good as my regular housekeeper for the money. Standard cleaning, not much attention to detail.

A-Maculate Cleaining Service did an outstanding job in cleaning my vacation home. I could not be happier with their service, and the cost was very reasonable. My property manager who looks after my place for me remarked that A-Maculate was far superior to my last cleaning service. Bernadete and her assistant Evelise ensured that the cleaning was thorough, and on time. A-Maculate deserves high ratings for excellent service. I highly recommend this cleaning service.

I was told my home was going to take, two people, 2 hours maybe 2.5 hours. After 3 hours they were still not done. My home is 2100 sq ft and it has never taken anyone that long to clean it. Also I had just cleaned my two bathrooms the weekend before they came because I was uncertain how quickly I could get a new maid. Luckily they were able to fit me in within a few days. My husband had to tell them to stop because he had to leave. I was also told they would clean my ceiling fans, baseboards, inside of windows and those items where not done even though they went over the time quoted. A week and half went by before the owner or manager called to see how it went. I told her how I felt and to their defense they did offer to come and finish those missed items for free but I had already done it myself. Just think $126 was little pricey especially since they didn't finish. Overall they did an average job.

Two cleaning professionals showed up at the time agreed upon. Worked from 9-5:30 with a only a 15 minute break for a snack they brought with them. Came with all the necessary equipment. Cleaned an extremely dirty 2 bedroom condo, all appliances, large and small, inside and out. Scrubbed shower and tub, removed mold from bathrooms. Removed everything from kitchen and bathroom cabinets and drawers, cleaned the cabinets/drawers and everything in them and put everything back in its place. Washed the floors, including balcony and sliding glass doors. Vacuumed and mopped. Every inch of the condo was cleaned and it was gleaming when they were done.

My house was filthy from previous tenants. The company sent 2 girls who didn't stop cleaning for 7 hours. My house was like new again! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a thorough cleaning at a reasonable !

This cleaning service is amazing. They fairly price their work and are extremely punctual. I was extremely impressed with their service. They cleaned every inch of my house from top to bottom. They even vacuumed under all of the couch cushions. I continue to use this service because I am so impressed with the job they do every time. They work extremely hard weather it's their first visit or if they have you on a schedule. You can always expect an immaculate house.

I am very happy with A Maculate cleaning. Two lovely women have come ,twice now, to my house and done an excellent job of cleaning. The first visit was about 4 hours and everything from top to bottom was cleaned !!! I was thrilled. Two weeks later the same two lovely women came and again did an excellent job in about 2 hours. I highly recommend this service and will be having them every two weeks. The price is very reasonable and I find the service priceless since I work a 40 hour work week. I won't have to spend my weekend cleaning. Thank you.

I had called a few cleaning companies and I felt A-Maculate Cleaning could do what I needed. They called me back soon fixing my schedule. They were very courteous at the office. The ladies showed up on time bringing all the supplies. They were so polite and one of them spoke a good English. They did an excellent job and left my apartment shinning. I am very happy with the service provided. Everything was treated carefully and respectfully. I will continue to use their service every 2 weeks.

I spoke with Bernadette the prior Friday and told her our place had been cleaned not too long ago so I wanted to limit the first cleaning, which she said normally takes three hours, to two. Bernadette agreed to keep it to two hours or $80 for the two hours. They were supposed to be at our house on 8-4 at 9AM. At 9:20, having heard nothing from the comp., I called up Bernadette and said what is going on. The girls were supposed to be here twenty minutes ago. Her response, oh they have some car problems. Really, have you heard of calling the customer to let them know you would be running late? Long story short, she said they were running a bit late and would be at our place in half an hour. They were still not there a half an hour later, and they finally showed up an hour late, at ten o'clock. I would have been well within my rights to simply cancel them, but I decided to give them a try just to see how they clean. After showing up an hour late, the supposed car with 'problems' seemed to be just fine. As far as how the cleaning went, it went well. Although one girl spoke zero English, the second girl spoke a little bit--just enough to communicate with us. I had to leave, so I then receive text messages from Bernadette about how I owe her more money because the girls stayed for three hours, instead of the two hours I had agreed to with Bernadette. The girls finally left as Bernadette had told my wife to forget about the 'extra money' we owed her for the hour she told her girls to work to run up an additional tab for us, even though we had agreed to limit to two hours or $80. I left a message for Bernadette regarding this and true to form, she never called back, which is just as well. As you can see from Angieslist, there are no shortage of cleaning comps. in South Florida. We don't need one that runs an hour late, doesn't have the courtesy to let us know in advanced that they are running late, and we certainly don't need a comp. just trying to running up a large bill on us when they agreed to limit their cleaning to two hours! Update: After reading Ms. Bernadette Freedman's absurd response for her girls being an hour late to our appt. and outright lying about not sticking to the agreed to two hours to clean our place I have to respond. According to Bernadette the reason I was never called about her girls running an hour late to our appt was because "she was busy trying to fix the situation." Sorry, when you are running late--which it seems your company does often, judging by the review right above mine which shows on the very next day your girls ran late again--you are supposed to call before you are late. The client should not be calling you twenty minutes after you are supposed to be there only to find out that you are running absurdly late. And like I said it seemed there was no "problem" to begin with as the girls drove up in their Hyundai, which seemed to have no problems--and no one had to drive them to work either. We realized later in the week, the girls from A-Maculate used Clorox Bleach in my Waterpik and on our toothbrushes. Who does that? I went to use my Waterpik and burned my throat from all the bleach left lingering in it. I had to rinse it out for several hours to get all of the bleach out. I have heard of dumb cleaning people before but who uses bleach on toothbrushes, Waterpiks and personal toiletry items. Finally, I did leave a message with Mrs. Friedman after she was pestering me for more money when she intentionally tried to disregard limiting the appt to two hours in an effort to run up a big bill on us. I have a record that the call was placed and a message was left. Unfortunately, for Ms. Freedman, technology can outsmart people who make excuses over-and-over and people who outright lie. Some cleaning companies, clean places and others makes excuses for why things were not done and for lousy service. Sadly, A-Maculate Cleaning falls in the second category.

They did a great job. The quality of work was excellent.

I am so happy with the service provided. They were on time and worked for 4 hours to get everything cleaned (it was a mess). I am looking forward to their return to keep the house clean and tidy. Evelise was very communicative and the two professionals she sent were hard-working, thorough and friendly.

45$/hour for 2 cleaners. Cleaned a 2200sq foot 4 bedroom 2 bath house in 3.5 hours. Dusted, vacuumed, mopped, bleached bathrooms etc. Very professional and nice.

Bernadette, the owner is an exceptional business owner and her professionalism is admirable. She dealt with an issue I had in June relating to services in a manner that was amazing and so customer oriented. On July 21, she sent two young ladies to my house and I could not believe how phenomenal their cleaning was. I gave them a few "instructions" and they went above and beyond what I expected with many other tasks that I didn't even mention. My house looks incredible and I have hired them to come back again. Solange is tremendous and so was her partner. Thank you Bernadette for taking care of my needs.

Showed up on time (early actually but called to make sure it was ok). Did an amazing job. The house was immaculate or a-macculate. :-)

The girls do whatever needs to get done! They deep clean my entire house, they make my bed, they take care of the floors and vacuum, they also wash my windows and cabinets. The bathroom is always sparkling when they leave. I am very happy with their services and they always leave my home extremely clean!

Bernadette is a very pleasant lady and does her absolute best to schedule her crew for the needs of the client. The ladies arrived on time and went to work. They were very detailed and cleaned every nook and cranny (including books and bookcases). They are a bit pricey, but worth it if you want a very detailed cleaning service.

The cleaning from this company good. That wasn't an issue. Their prices are great, but don't ask them to do laundry. They ruined a few expensive shirts that said dry clean only, and a wool Armani suit went in the washing machine. They are insured, so we are awaiting the final discussion on this.

Two ladies, Na and Jana showed up at 2:00 as expected. After a quick tour of the house they immediately began in the master bedroom and worked their way through the house finishing in the kitchen. They cleaned all ceiling fans, polished the furniture, swept and mopped, scrubbed bathrooms, cleaned down all tile surfaces and cleaned all appliances. They were extremely polite and did not stop for 3 hours. I will be using them at least twice a month to clean the house.

The first crew we had for six months at least - always on time, friendly, worked very hard for 2 hours. Only one person spoke English well and the other one didn't seem to know how to do things properly (using the wrong product to clean the mirror or not putting the microwave back together right) and these things kept happening. Finally there was a real problem with them and I told Bernadette I didn't want them. I asked for a crew with good English but after a few good people who couldn't continue with us, we ended up with a crew with schedule problems. Also their English was not that great. Bernadette was unable to find another crew for us so we discontinued the service.

The two workers were hard workers, and polite. They did an excellent job. I will use again. We were scheduled for 2PM. Bernadette called after 11 to ask if they could start 2 hours earlier, then they seemed to get lost and got here closer to 1 hour earlier. (That is why I rated punctuality at B) The cost was with first time discount.

When she saw the house she was no longer able to commit to this coming Saturday as she had previously promised but then promised to email that same night with availabilities. No email came that night or the next morning. Even though we chose her company over others, we moved on as she is not a responsible individual who did not keep her commitments.
