On time. Take their time even if they run over on time to finish your house. Everybody has been very good. I'm sticking with them!

We use them on a weekly basis. We find that they are reliable. We've had some problems with the cleaning people but each time they have to replace someone and we've only had three people in like three years more of five years four years. And we've always had the same other person. It's good to have the same people all the time. And each time when one of them leaves discount was leaving because she's moving not anything else and her replacement is even better. They make calls everyday before to tell us approximately what time they'll be here and they do in about 15 minutes or better. It cost me for two and a half hour $97 for two people.

The workers did a terrific job and I was very pleased with their professionalism and the care they with my stuff. Two workers finished in 3 hours.

They're very polite and very thorough.

They have been great. In addition to having a clean house I love that they follow up and come when they say that they will come. They also use their own cleaning products but the house does not have that awful chemical smell when they are done.

Eveline, the person you contact to do the job is very nice and professional. She came to my home and we walked through the whole place. She listened to all my comments and gave me all feedback required according to the situation. When the time came, she sent two ladies to work on my home; one of them did a great job and I only can thanks her for that. The second one could have worked better. Unfortunately they didn't bring a ladder to work on the higher surfaces, they brought only a small step so there were some parts of the home that didn't get clean. The other comment I have is that they didn't bring anything to clean the garage with them. I would hire them again now that I have my own ladder

The vendor sent a two person team. The service went very well. The ladies were fast and professional. I called the company this past Monday (1-18-16) and was explained the service very well and cost. They provide an initial deep cleaning which takes a little more time than a regular cleaning. Initial cleaning was 3 hours. Subsequent cleanings should be 2 hours. I wanted service on Friday (1-23-16). The company was booked but would get back to me if they had an availability. They did have an opening and came on Friday - fast service. They ladies were prompt and the vendor kept in contact me that day to let me know the ladies were in route. Great service. I will be using them again as I need bi-weekly service. I would recommend them to others.

They did a great job. They cleaned our house before we moved in, and then cleaned our old townhouse after we moved out. Things were spotless and everyone was very professional. I would highly recommend this company for major cleaning jobs.

I found A-Maculate Cleaning Service through Angie's List, and I could not be happier with my service. I originally hired them for a move-in clean when we purchased our home in May. They did such a wonderful job that I hired them on a regular basis, every two weeks. The women who clean my home are complete professionals, and I have the same team each time. They bring all supplies, and work efficiently. We have a large house, with a large dog, and they leave our home absolutely spotless in 3-3.5 hours. The company charges a set hourly rate, which allows me to control my housekeeping budget. If I need to keep my costs lower, I can have them focus on specific things and work a shorter amount of time. I can also budget for weeks that I want to add additional tasks for a longer amount of time. I get a friendly reminder text the day before my cleaning day, which allows me to confirm my appointment as scheduled, or communicate any special requests, etc. This is truly a well-run business with excellent employees.

They did a great job. More than they were required to! I will use them again gladly and have already recommended them to others! Excellent service.

I have had my home cleaned by many companies over the years - i think it is natual to always use a person you know or has been reffered to you, so hiring a company is always hit or miss. This company is absolutely FABULOUS! From the first call we recieved straight away, to the wonderful ladies that were here - so good, kind, professional. This company does EVERYTHING right from beginning to end! I will definitley use them again. A+++ Thank you all!

The two ladies, Paula and Claudia, arrived very punctual. They had all the cleaning supplies and went to work immediately. They were excellent to work with and very congenial. They cleaned the floors, baths and patios in an efficient manner. I would not hesitate to have these two ladies in my home again. They were a delight.

From beginning to end, the service was perfect. Bernette was excellent to deal with and very responsive. The quote was reasonable and ended up coming in less in the end. I was on a time crunch due to listing the property for sale and she was able to get me in a day earlier due to cancellations in their schedule. I appreciate all the ladies hard work - the place looks great!

We would not contact the provider again.

This is the second time I use this service and I highly recommend them! They are prompt, polite and I've never seen two women I work so hard! They clean places I would've never even thought of. They work steady and hard for about six hours!

The whole experience was wonderful. When I called to make the appointment, the owner asked me the necessary questions in order for her team to be prepared when they arrived (what types of floors/blinds we have, etc). The girls arrived on time and were quick to get to work. They very sweet to our pets which means the world to us. The house looks great.
