Description of Work: A-Maculate Clean Service Inc. has been hired to report with two staff members every other week to clean our home. They spend 3-4 hours cleaning three bedrooms, three baths, game room, formal dining room, formal living room, family room, kitchen and laundry room. Ocassionaly we ask them to clean the patio doors. Thus far, we have been very pleased with their work.

Description of Work: Two women cleaned 3 bedroom home with 2 1/2 baths in approximately 3-4 hours. That met with the estimate based on square footage that owner had estimated. These two women did an excellent job and met and at times exceeded my expectations. The women had pleasant personalities and were responsive to any and all requests that I made. While both were fluent in Spanish, they understood English quite well. I have already recommended this service to other friends in the neighborhood.

Description of Work: the women were supposed to arrive betweeen 2:30 and 3:00. They didn't arrive until 3:20-quite late. the manner in which they wash the floors is rather unique and very effective. I found them to be very efficient. their work was very good and I would givethem 5 stars.

Description of Work: Owner not trustworthy and very difficult to deal with. We used them for almost a year and had a terrible time scheduling each and every time. Like other negative reports, he had excuses like I'll have to talk to my wife and i never got your message. Mike had a regular job and does this one only part time. The cleaners actually did a decent job tho spoke not a word of english. First cleaning they broke an expensive piece of equip and mike initially would not take responsibility. The last straw was after 2 weeks following our cleaning he claimed they were not paid and he wanted more$$!! Is he just disorganized or dishonest? We won't use them again, we'd rather not find out the answer the hard way!

Description of Work: Two girls came to clean, the one gal did a good job, however the other much younger one was very inexperienced. I had her re-vacuum large area rugs, as they were just skimmed over. The small area rugs, I asked that they be shaken outside than vacuumed, that was not done. Not very thorough. The mop was a floor squeegie, she called a cuban mop. I like to use water and a cleaner on my tile. The tub, tile and wooden blinds were done well. But the floors and carpeting were a big disappointment. Owner never followed up. Overall fair job.

Description of Work: Two pleasant people cleaned my large house efficiently, displaying experience and professionalism. They cleaned fast with thoroughness. The owners are easily reached and accomodating. For a cleaning company the price was fine.
