Located in Boca Raton, with more than 15 years experience, our company has been providing superior and personalized cleaning service. You can also text 561-715-0878 or (561)705-7259. We have a friendly professional staff to serve you in your home or office. Charges an hourly rate for two cleaning professionals Minimum 2 hours. We provide our own cleaning supplies and vacuum cleaners. Please include your phone number or email address in an initial message. No travel charges. Move in/Move out and Post Construction with 2 cleaning professionals. Minimum 2 hours also. Closets, cabinets and garage organizer, please call for a free estimate. Description of Work: Cleaned my house "immaculately." The ladies are very polite and nice. They brought everything, which made me extremely happy (since I'm not sure I have the right supplies.). Would recommend them highly. The house smells very clean without that "chemical" smell.

Description of Work: Very nice company to deal with. Have had them clean about 6 times. My house is about 2600 sq. ft. with 2-1/2 baths and either tile or laminate throughout. Two ladies come and spend about 2-1/2 hours. While not perfect, I've had other cleaning services that send different people every time and it is reassuring to see the same faces every 2-3 weeks.

Description of Work: They were over 1/2 hour late and the first thing the girl said to me as I was outside smoking a cigarette was you smoke they should have told me, this was even before saying hello. They broke some things in my bathroom which was ok I didn't care. Then before leaving the girl said the house was dirty....of course it was that's why I hired them. They didn't dust or mop under the bed or wipe off the dressers in the bedroom.

We are so sorry to read that. It was our mistake not asking the client if she smoke, because one of the ladies is so allergic. Regarding the late arriving, we called the client at 9:15am saying that the ladies were inside the condo but they weren't finding the building. At the meantime that we were on the phone, the ladies found the apartment. The company always trains its staff to be courteous and polite to our customers. Our sincere apologies for what happened, for sure if your home was not in need of a cleaning, the customer would not hire the company. We would like very much to have the opportunity to show the customer that this is not the way we work, which can be easily checked with the vast majority of our reviews.
