My home was pretty bad and I wanted it cleaned before closing. My call was answered promptly and cleaning was arranged a few days before I sold the house. Very nice job and reasonably priced.

Excellent. I have been using A-Maculate cleaning service for over three years now and I am very pleased. I have no problem having them come in when I am not home. they are completely honest and dependable.

So far, so good. They have come twice to clean my house. The ladies are friendly and professional. They have done a very nice job thus far and I plan to continue to use them. You can choose the amount of time they spend in order to control costs.

Used the service for about a year. Scheduling could sometimes be difficult but over all I was pleased until one of their people caused some expensive damage. Over time, one of the two women they sent was consistently the same person & the work she did (Elizabeth) was very good. Her partner varied and so did the quality of their work. On their last visit the second person evidently tried to expedite the cleaning of my cook top and left it severely scratched. When the damage was discovered, first the owner said they use nothing but windex which I know is untrue. Later, forgetting what she originally stated, she said they use nothing but my cleaner. I never debated the cleaner as neither products could cause this damage. The stove looks as though someone used either a razor or something hard to scrape it. Owner claims cleaner noticed damage prior to cleaning & failed to tell me but told her co-worker who also coincidentally forgot to tell me despite the fact I was here all day with them. No one touches that appliance other than the cleaners & me. Cooktop was $1500 and installed Jan 2017. I have yet to find a way to repair and may need to replace. Will probably be forced into litigation.

This was the first time I ever hired professional cleaners and it definitely won't be the last time! Needed help cleaning my apartment due to mobility issues with knee. The two ladies were prompt, courteous, efficient, did everything I asked for and then asked me if I needed anything else done after they finished each room. One woman took off every knick knack/picture frame/statue I had on every piece of furniture in my living room and cleaned each and every one, and put it back in the same place! They worked well as a team - one did the bathrooms, kitchen and mopped floors - the other cleaned the living room/bedrooms and vacuumed. After telling them I had cleaned one bedroom and my bathroom, they still went it and cleaned it again! My apartment never looked so clean - it sparkled. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs help cleaning their home or apartment. They get a 10 on my scale!!

I am over the moon! These folks did an amazing job. The house never looked or smelled so good. They even washed and shined the tile on the bathroom walls. The house sparkles. The girls were quiet, fast, and efficient.

Missed a lot of areas. Had to go back and clean all the missed areas. They broke a handle in the 2nd bathroom. I would not use them again.

What a delight this service is! My house was SUPER dirty after nearly six months of me being down with a bad hip, and I'm a pastel artist to boot (think billowing clouds of pastel dust swirling around constantly), and yet the ladies were totally unphased! They arrived right on time, worked really hard and cleaned the crap out of my filthy house! Will be using again, and would recommend without hesitation!

Arrived just a few minutes late. No problem. Very little English, but they knew what to do. House was clean. Great that they came on a Saturday.. I have since used them twice - in August and September. I am always pleased.

Same team came to do the cleaning on the same day/time each cleaning. The house looks great. You can specify how long you want the team to spend on the cleaning, which helps if you need only a light cleaning or a more in-depth job.

They were great. On time, professional, couldn't of done a better job. All bathrooms/rooms were spotless when they were done. Would recommend!

The team came right on time, was professional and polite. The original estimate fell short and the team didn't finish the job after 8 hours. Bernadette changed other appointments for the next day to send me a team to finish the job.

My sister was coming to town and I was out of time. I needed help. With no time to clean, I sent a message to this company and the response was quick. They could not fit me in. I was going to have to clean house myself in preparation for my older sister Then, the most amazing thing happened. I received a message stating they had a cancellation and they asked if I was still interested. YES! I was interested. The ladies arrived on time, spent 3 hours in my home cleaning, based on the specifications I had given the owner. When my sister and I arrived home that evening, I saw sparkles! My home was so clean and smelled delightful. I have already called to set up a regular cleaning service with them. We were very pleased!

The ladies arrived on time and were very pleasant. They greeted me and then got down to work. The house looked beautiful when they were done. It was great that they brought all the products and supplies. In the past, every time I hired a new cleaning women, they wanted me to buy certain mops and products. This was much better, no hassle.

The ladies came in and got to work right away. Very nice ladies. I'm very happy with the work they did.
