I use them to clean my house, once in every 2 weeks. I am very satisfied with their services. I pay them $38 per hour. They do a good job and I can communicate in English with them, easily. I like their services a lot and will use the same in future.

The 2 ladies who came to clean (Edita & Maria) were polite, professional & did a wonderful job. Mom's condo was sparkling when they were done. I choose this company from excellent reviews on Angie's List. However, if there was one negative it is the that the owner was not very responvive to my calls . He did finally call me back after several tries. Perhaps he is very busy due to all his positive reviews. I would have appreciated a follow up call after services were rendered.

Owner never called me back and when I Called him he said he had to call his wife for the schedule ( same excuse as the first time) And when he asked me When I was moving in and I told him Monday. He Said he couldn't come Monday but I never asked him To come Monday... He obviously is busy enough and doesn't need the work

I have waited awhile before writing a report as it is important to me to see how a company performs over a period of time...especially when I'm looking for a long term relationship. I have been in my home in Boca Raton for 25 years and have tried different cleaning services in the last decade. ALL disappointing until A Mac. I use to pay more, but get less and was never satisfied with the work. I came to Angie's List specifically to find people I can count on to clean my home the way I always did myself and I think I have finally done that. I am extremely pleased and the price is fair. I've been using A Mac since last year and we did have a few issues to work out, but I am here to say that we did and that is one of the things I like about the company. There were a couple of schedule issues, but if you discuss your needs and concerns with Michael, there will be a way to work them out. A relationship has been created, and that is what I wanted. Both sides will have to bend a little sometimes...that's life and it's no different in this situation. I needed him in an emergency and he provided a schedule change to accommodate me...that meant something...SO, if he has the rare problem on his end, I too need to understand. That is not to say he gives excuses, it is merely to say, things happen, and we need to be realistic. So far we have worked out the one or two issues and we are "On A Roll". I love my crew of two now...they know my home...they are smiling and friendly...hard working...and thorough. I actually feel I am getting my moneys? worth for the first time ever AND the company knows what it has to do to keep me as a customer....... VERY PLEASED !!!

The Ladies were prompt and very pleasant. Mike called during the visit to check if they were doing a good job. The Ladies were here for 8 hours and did a very thorough job. Mike even followed up w/another call the next day to see if I was satisfied.. I would defintely use his Service again!

There were two lovely women, who were friendly, courteous, they fulfilled any request that was asked and they worked tirelessly for 5-1/2 hours straight. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They were wonderful! I might add - my closest friends kiddingly (sic) call me Howard. If that gives you any indication of how well these two women completed the task.

We have been using the service for two months and are thrilled by the high level of service and quality. The ladies are on time and diligent. The house is super clean, and I never find mistakes. Love this company.

My secretary tried calling him several times, after quite a bit of time the guy finally called back and was not accomodating on the phone. Therefore I will not be using them.

It took three hours for two cleaners. They cleaned everything from top to bottom. They charge $37/hour for two people. All future cleanings will be about two hours. It went very well from start to finish. Customer service is fantastic. The owner confirmed the day and time before and then called after the service to make sure all went well. I have set up regular services every two weeks. It is so nice to come home to a clean house. It's worth every penny!

The 3 ladies arrived on time and went right to work - and I mean they worked! They never stopped! They brought all the cleaning supplies and equipment. They cleaned all my mini-blinds and louvered doors, dusted, scrubbed, changed sheets, swept and mopped, etc. My house has never been so clean. They were very pleasant and professional and I recommend them highly. The only drawback is that due to my profession, it is hard for me to schedule in advance. However, I will definitely use them again.

Absolutely fantastic! The first time they came they did a "deep cleaning" that went so far as to empty my fridge, clean it and line the shelves, then replace everything. Their first visit lasted approx 3.5 hrs and cost me just under what I was paying my last cleaning service ($135 per visit) but they used all their own materials (which I had to provide previously) and did a better job. They now come every two weeks and finish in 2 hours costing me only $76! less than half of my all in cost before! I have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so. The best part is that they are an actual business, run by an english speaking businessman. I couldn't be happier.

This is a company that does what it says it will do, and then some! It's folks are on time, efficient, respectful and as diligent as they can be... The owner checked on our first service by telephone three times in an extended five and a half hour session. We really needed the basics as a starting point for bi-weekly service. Their people are wonderful...

The girls (2) were very pleasant and I was comfortable having them in my home, touching my "stuff". After they left, I was delighted to find they had cleaned my refrigerator! Based on all the above, this, and more, I decided to change cleaning services and set up a regular bi-monthly program. The every-other-week schedule is working wonderfully. The same girls are coming each visit and I am toying with adoption (joke, Mike) They spend about two hours and work their wonders. Another plus: they have found a way to clean under things without relocating them to - where-ever. If I ask for something specific, they are happy to fulfill, and with a smile! Attention to small details continue! I am physically unable to maintain my home as I once was and so very happy to have found Michel/A Maculate Cleaning through Angie's List,

Start to finish I would say they have an inability to set regular cleaning days and times. After 2 years of service going from having the condo cleaned every two weeks to every 3 weeks this past year, I still didn't have a steady confirmed cleaning day or time. I was told the night before more oftern than not that this was when they were going to clean my home and if it wasn't convenient for me I would be told I would get a call back and would not hear from them again until the following week. My problem with this company is a lack of consistency with dates and times and a language barrier.

See above. I just want to say, I am a 50 year old professional woman who has been repeatedly disappointed with mediocre cleaning over the years. This company is truly exceptional.

A-Maculate Cleaning is simply the best cleaning service we have ever had. They show up on time when they say and are exteremly professional. Our house is always spotless and the girls go above and beyond every time. I strongly reccomend using A-Maculate and have just referred them to a co-worker.

They were very busy and they could not come on the days I wanted them to come. Therefore, they themselves discontinued their services. They used to send two women who used to do a good and an effective job. The work was satisfactory and they used to finish cleaning in 1 hour. My only complaint is that they were not able to conform to my needs for certain time restrictions.

Unbelievably amazing. The girls did a phenomenal job of our home and we were beyond thrilled with the work. The place sparkled, smelled, and shined like new. They worked very hard and went way above and beyond our expectations. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. A little late on my review but I'll never forget the great work they did. We'd use them all the time but we're barely in FL so the house doesn't get dirty!

Have used them 3 times. Each cleaning was well done, thorough, and left the place looking spotless. Will be using them regularly for the season.

They were recommended to me through Angie?s List. They are wonderful. They seem to be efficient, reliable, and easy to work with. They have been really terrific. I will continue to use them, and I am recommending them too.

The two staff who came out were very friendly and worked diligently. It was so clean my husband even noticed. You do have to ask about the cleaning products. Especially in the deep cleaning they sometimes use cleaners that aren't "green", but they are very amenable to using what you want.

I saw this company on Angies List and they had a 10% discount. They quoted me a rate of $35/hour. I had just finished a renovation of painting and new tiles so I needed a very thorough cleaning due to the dust and grime of the renovation and it was more than my regular cleaning woman could handle. The crew was late but they called a couple of times to tell me they were delayed. Some of the work was done well and some was done very poorly. The bathrooms (2) and bedrooms (2) were cleaned properly. The tile floors had to be cleaned twice because the first time they just swished puddles of water on them rather than actually cleaning them. In the livng room, I have a window wall which I asked them to clean with Windex on the outside and only water on the inside. When the sun shone on the windows the next day, I noticed that the windows were all scratched. The kitchen cabinets looked worse than they did before they came so I asked my regular housekeeper to clean them properly when she came. Two girls spent 5 hours each cleaning my 1400 sq. ft. apartment with only a couch and 2 sofas in the living room and no dining room furniture or window treatments or dust collectors in either room. By this time, I couldn't wait for them to leave. The owner did call several times to see how they were doing and again called after they left. When I explained how poorly they did, he told me that he would send them back at no charge but after all of that time they spent and did so poorly, I didn't want them back again..

Things went perfectly. Mike was very helpful in setting this up for me on short notice and a tight schedule. The two women were energetic, friendly, and worked well together. Mike called several times to check on their progress and later came by to check on our satisfaction with the job. I will try to have this crew on a regular basis when we move in.
