I got their name off Angie's List. I paid $76 for two hours for two people. They are very professional and they follow up. They accommodate to my schedule. They call before they come out and confirm after changes. They do a great job. I am new with them and don't have anything discouraging at this time. It is a new firm that I hired and they have been here about 3-4 times. They could be a little cheaper. The quality of work is excellent. They missed one appointment. They were here last week but I needed them to come this week for Christmas, and they accommodated.

Michael and his team are great to work with. I have used them for the past year and originally found them through Angie's LIst from a friend. I always receive a call the day before my apointment to remind me of the time they are coming and should I need to reschedule, they do their best to work with me. The girls they send are alway polite and very accommodating should I need additional work done. Overall, I'm very pleased with this company and would recommend to anyone.

Scheduling is impossible, and the owner didn't follow up as he said he would. If they can't get back to you, promptly, about choosing a date and time, and securing a new client, why would I use them?

I really like them a lot. They supply their own cleaning stuff. They are friendly, and they speak English. They clean very well. There is nothing negative I could say about them. I would rate them highly.

They always do a very nice job. The owners call the day before to remind us when it is our week and they have never charged us for a cancelled date, even when I've called them with only a couple of hours notice due to an emergency. The two staff who clean our house are very friendly and are sweet to our crazy dog. On the one or two occasions I've pointed out something I wanted done more thoroughly, they jumped on it right away. They are really good about not using heavy toxic cleaners and the house never smells chemically.

Mike quoted me an estimate over the phone, based on the size of my home. He sent two women, who were very professional. They arrived on time and ready to work. They understood what my wife wanted done, and went right to work. they were complete in 2 1/2 hours. The girls were very thorough and did a great job. My wife and I were very pleased. We plan to set up a scheduled cleaning at least once per month.

The 2 women were wonderful. They worked for 2.5 hours without stopping and did an excellent job. I feel very comfortable using them in the future to clean my 90 year old Mother's house.

They sent two girls over and they cleaned my house for four and a half hours. They were very thorough and did a deep cleaning. They were really nice and so is the owner, Mike. I was very pleased with their service!

I was not present when two ladies came to clean the house. My parents were present, however, and were very pleased with the work performed. When I moved in a couple of days after the cleaning, everything looked wonderful. I would definitely use A-Maculate Cleaning Service again.

I called and asked for a cleaning just before the movers arrived with my furniture so it had to be a specific date. Although they have other regular clients Michael worked us in late in the afternoon. I am very satisfied with the service

I thought the cleaners were great and completely exceeded my expectations. In fact, I called Mike immediately afterwards to tell him how happy I was. In addition, I didn't even use the coupon as I was so happy and felt what they charged was reasonable for all the hard work. They arrived on time and did a thorough cleaning. What I liked the most (besides having a clean house) is how friendly they are. This made a big difference and is the reason I discontinued using my prior cleaning crew from a different company. To me, attitude is everything and they were terrific! I hope I can get the same two ladies again. They really made the experience positive. I look forward to setting up a regular schedule with Mike and continue to have a clean house! Thank you Mike and your crew!

I'm starting back to school and needed to free up some time. The ladies that came to clean were amazing. The Owner was very responsive and nice. Its my first time using a cleaning service and I am very happy. Will definitely be seeing them every two weeks.

I was given the gift of house cleaning when I was 9 months pregnant and then with a newborn. The ladies did such a wonderful job, that I have continued using them ever since. They are extremely dependable and my house sparkles when they are done. The ladies are a pleasure to have in my home and the house passes the white glove inspection from my mother.

Michael was very helpful in getting someone to clean. We were on a very tight schedule. Our furniture was being delivered on June 30th and we had to be out of our rental that day.

They do a bi-monthly house cleaning. They are always on time. The owners are responsive to setting up appointments. I haven't had any issues at all with their service. I am satisfied with the ladies that they send out and the cleaning that they do. I will use them again in the future.

The 2 women were not thorough. Also they walked on the floor in their bare feet unsanitary repulsive.

I got Mike the owner the first time I called. He was great! Friendly. He didn't have the schedule but promised to call me back on a specific day and he did! He was flexible with my schedule. The girls were running behind but they called to let me know that they would be a little late! GREAT communication. I have never had this house cleaned and know that it needed a little elbow grease! They did a good job. Cleaned the blinds, floors bathrooms, etc. They missed the sliders and a few spots with the dusting but I didn't give them any specifics this time around because I wanted to see how they would do and I know they were running behind so they had to rush a bit at the end. I know that it I asked them to something specifically they would have! Overall I was pleased with the service and will be using them again!

I called them to make an appointment. I left a detailed voice message with my name, location and phone number. It has been over twenty four hours and I have not received a call back.

The girls were great. However the owner set an appointment recently and has never responded after he set this. We had a misunderstanding with the owner. The company the next week and performed the services as normal - the workers are excellent. We were expecting to come the week prior and they did not show, but we got that straightened out.

They were prompt and very courteous. The staff took off their shoes before entering my condo, which I really appreciated. They worked quickly, but thoroughly. I am very fussy, and I think they were wonderful!

They didn?t show up on time. They showed up hours late the first time. He gave me a half hour work. The second time they showed up a half hour late. But I guess not every standard cleaning company shows up on time. They did a decent job. They did pretty good cleaning and the girls are nice. I would use their services again in the future.

They charge $38 for an hour for two girls. They are very good. I have a big house and the girls can clean the whole house in two hours. I chose them after reading the comments given by other people and they seemed to be pretty happy with them; so I gave it a try. First time when they came, they cleaned up everything; they did the full cleaning and did an excellent job. They were very careful with everything. They will do anything you want, they listen well and they go about their business and they get the work done. They are very professional and friendly. The two girls that I have are very good with the dogs and they play with them. My mother is elderly and they take care of her. They are a pleasure and they make it a very pleasurable experience. Their price is reasonable.

Didn't get back to me first time I called. I called a 2nd time; Mike was very friendly and we scheduled a cleaning; girls were on time. I love that they cleaned the fridge and the oven! But they neglected the floors throughout my condo. Only did a quick mop at the end. Also this is second company I have used that uses this natural cleaner that smells terrible!! I recommend telling them to use a different cleaning product and to not neglect the floors...
