A-Maculate Cleaning Service Inc

I've been using a different cleaning service to clean my home every other week for the last 4 years or so. I'm not entirely satisfied with my current service, so I wanted to try other services and see if they were any better. Based on the good reviews here, I decided to try A-Maculate. I contacted the service using the "e-mail provider" link, and Bernadete replied a couple of days later. We exchanged a few e-mails, and I made an appointment. Bernadete estimated it would take 3-4 hours to clean my home (she didn't actually see it). I was expecting the cleaners between 1:30-2:00, and the two women arrived at 1:15. I live in a gated community, but they just showed up at my door. They said they couldn't reach me from the gate kiosk but someone else let them in. The women cleaned upstairs first and then worked downstairs. When the cleaners were finished doing the upstairs, I went up to check on their work, and I noticed immediately that they hadn't vacuumed the carpeting. My entire upstairs (and the stairs themselves) is carpeted, except for bathrooms and the laundry room. When I asked about this, one of the cleaners told me the vacuum cleaner they brought could only vacuum hard surfaces, and they usually use the customer's vacuum for carpeting. I don't have a good vacuum for carpeting either, since I've been using a cleaning service. In any case, no one asked to borrow my vacuum, they just didn't do the vacuuming. I have the same kind of vacuum the cleaners brought with them, but I do have a carpet attachment for mine, so I let them borrow mine to do the carpets. My vacuum didn't do a good job on the carpets. I was very surprised that they wouldn't bring a good vacuum with them -- my current cleaners bring two vacuums, a small canister model like mine for the hard floors, and an upright for the carpeting. Other than the carpeting, the cleaners did a good job, comparable to my current cleaners for the most part, but better than my cleaners in a few cases. The entire job took about 3 hours and 15 minutes, but they wanted to charge me for 3 and a half hours. With the Angie's List discount, I paid them $120. My current cleaners (two women) clean my house in two hours (including all the vacuuming), so they work faster than the women from A-Maculate. I work from home, so the sooner the cleaning can get done, the better. Given the vacuum issue and the amount of time taken to clean, I wouldn't switch to A-Maculate from my current service. Bernadete called me a few days after the appointment to follow up, and I told her about these issues, and she was very surprised to hear that the cleaners didn't bring the appropriate vacuum with them, and was very apologetic. I give her credit for following up with me.

this was a deal through angies list that I purchased. after i purchased the service, the company contacted me the next day to schedule service. i wasn't prepared to set an appointment just then so i told them i would call them back. when i called back i got an answering machine so i left a message. I did this twice but i never heard rom them again. $60 out the window!

The job was done well, we had asked for emphasis to be placed on bathrooms and felt the shower could have been done a bit more thoroughly. All in all, the work was very satisfactory. They even cleaned a very large slider window inside and out.

A team of two women were sent. They arrived at the agreed time. They were very professional, brought all the cleaning supplies and equipment with them. They did an excellent job listening to what I wanted to have done. They completed the job in 2 hours. I definitely will use this service again.

They work diligently from the time they arrive until finished. Our home doesn't really get dirty, just needs to be dusted, vacuumed, floors mopped, and bathrooms and kitchen cleaned. They do it all quickly and at a reasonable rate.

The owners and the girls are just great! No complaints whatsoever. They are a lifesaver.

They cleaned well. Although they did break my table, they did replace it. I would definitely still use their services again.

It was a generic housecleaning service and I had hoped for a little more. I am used to a more personal feel from the provider. The girls cleaned well, but I felt they were aloof.

They were very good, but their prices were a bit high with the extra surcharges.

I called her beacuse the people that was sent to my house did not speak or read English and did not understand what I was asking them to do. They were wiping down items with a dry rag. I called and said that they need to send someone else and that I would pay for the hour they were there and she told me to not worry about the hour of service and told her crew to leave.

I made contact with this organization via my search on the list. They responded immediately to my email request and we set up the date for the initial cleaning. The women were punctual and their work was fantastic. I am now going to use them on a regular basis in my unit.Thank you!!!

They did a great job and thoroughly clean all of our "tchotchkes" (not an enjoyable task). They provide their own supplies and equipment; which is always a relief.

Contacted Mike via email, he was very responsive. Spoke to him and we discussed price and services offered, and what times I had available to schedule the cleaning. There were 2 cleaners out for 3 hours, we had been fortunate to take advantage of a Big Deal which is why we paid the price we did, but this service would definitely be worth the standard rate for anyone that can afford to spend money on cleaning on a regular basis. My wife said it was the best surprise present I have ever given her.

I took a chance and purchased an "Big Deal" on Angies list with A-Maculate Cleaning. They scheduled promptly and the two ladies who came round, Lou and Daisy were great. They did a very good job on our dusty house and now it sparkles. I will definitely work with them again.

A is for Awesome! From the first phone call to schedule the team has been professional and friendly and being new in the area it is truly a pleasure to find good people. The girls were on time, worked extremely hard and were very polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them for my weekly cleaning. Mike and Bernadette both followed up after to make sure everything was done properly and I was happy. They have great customer service and a great work ethic. Thank you!

I started using Michael and his team back in September 2011. Before I submitted a report I wanted to see how things went. I have used them for the past 4 months and have been please with the results. I receive a call the day before to remind me of my appointment and what time the girls will be there. I found the company to be trustworthy and honest. Anytime I felt that something needed to be done, I left a note for the girls and they cook care of my request. I asked to have a couple of appointments rescheduled due to in-laws coming to town. Michael and his team had no problems adjusting to meed my needs. I asked if they could wash the windows (inside & out) and they did all the windows they could get to without any issues. They did a great job. Overall, I'm very pleased with this company and would recommend to anyone.

Scheduling was not easy with the holidays just passing and they did show up an hour late. I also forgot to ask for the 10% off first time cleaning. That said, they did a fantastic job. They cleaned areas I would never dream of cleaning and got stuff clean I did not think possible and I was happy. I will call them again when I need house cleaning and would recommend them.

They are just a fantastic company. They had great reviews in Angie’s List. The owner of the company forcefully makes phone calls and asks what happened with the service. They were more than accommodating. I would highly recommend them. Their price is very fair and the quality of work is very good. I have kept them for my grandmother also.

Two people came and they cleaned for five house. They are coming back this Friday. They didn't realize how much they were going to have to do so they stayed a little long.
